Upon reflection...

You know, I used to do jump-backs from Crow to Chaturanga, and I could even do more complex arm balance transitions into Chaturanga. I haven't gotten all of that back yet... and that's OK. 

Back in the day, when I did incorporate it into my flows, it was because it was FUN and NATURAL. In this context, the saying "practice and all is coming" applies!


Be mindful of your limits.

Stay present to the sensations.

And practice...

All is coming!
