Happy Sunday, Patrons!
I think it's safe to say I'm back on schedule with a new addition to the yoga video series on Sundays. This class was inspired by a custom video request for an energizing practice that works with Crow Pose.
It was a lot of fun!
Crow Pose is start of many arm balances, and once you get it YOU GET IT. Of course if you get out of shape then you'll have to find it again. Well, I found it again ;)
WARRIOR VINYASA. This first session ~ 15min
Intro.
Practice starts at min1:45 :)
- Lightning Bolt Pose transitions into Standing Balance Pigeon (~3min)
- Playful Puppy
- High Cobra with bent elbows pinning to side ribs (arm balance prep)
- Downward Dog transition into Plank (3-5x's)
- Sun salutation with one-leg tuck (arm balance prep)
- High Cobra or Up Dog
- Warrior vinyasa with one-leg lift (arm balance prep)
- High Cobra or Up Dog
