Hello Patrons, 

This week I'm sharing a short and sweet inverted core activity for you to do. Sounds good doesn't it? This video is 3 exercises you can do as you kick back and lift your hips to a mild inversion:

  • Inverted Bicycle
  • Inverted Scissor Splits
  • Bridge Wave
