Hello wonderful Patrons! 

I hope this message finds you well in the severe weather. Here is a new video, but first, I want to tell you about this video! Keep reading, and I'll also tell you about what I'm working right now, and what's up next :)

About this video - I actually filmed/edited this video in December and did not feel like sharing it at the time because #1 it did not fit with the vibe of other videos, and #2 the angles are not ideal (you'll see). 

However, it's good instruction (if I do say so myself) and I really love my resistant band workout... so I came up with this routine to concentrate on all the right places for yoga and fitness.

And NOW is the time! After all of that hard work, upside down and lying in mild inversion... this is an ideal alternate-- yogafit. 

So yea, basically... this video will fire you up and keep you warm during the snowy winter weather! 

About my resistance bands - I ordered this set of 3 bands from Amazon (brand Recredo). If you don't already have a set, you CAN do these exercises without the bands. The resistance from the bands will cause an additional, powerful effect for your body to strengthen and tone your muscles while stabilizing your joints.

It's especially great for healthy knees and ankles!

After doing this routine, I feel like I've been walking on the beach and swimming in the ocean-- embraced with the power of resistance from the sand, wind, and waves.

About my upcoming content - In October, I upgraded my camera the Sony a7iii. I have learned how to optimize the settings for better video quality, and customize the camera. The new camera is seriously a whole new world. Now, because I am so satisfied with the 4 month program of videos I've created, I have the desire to make something new. I have ideas to create new videos with different styles. For example, outdoors in the snow and ice; indoors in my Self Care Therapy routines; Vlogging about life, updates, etc. 

And, Yes. There will be Yoga!!!
