Here's a new one for the Nourish series. 

Grab your yoga strap!

Last week's video was a sequence of postures designed to unwind and stretch the belly to promote healthy digestion.

This week's video is designed to activate and relax the abdominal core-- a perfect progression that will lead to power poses and vinyasa flow.

Side note: my computer malfunctioned all day on Sunday and I wish I had a million bucks for every time this video file failed to render and a new patron for every hour my computer was tied up in a failed attempt! I'd have four million buck AND 16 new patrons!

I shut it down for hours and this morning everything seems to be working well again. Phew!
