I'm super happy to be working on these practice videos from the Deeper Studies in Yoga series. The original series is a collaboration between myself and Zoe Mantarakis, who now holds the title-- Professor of Yoga at University of Texas at Austin!

In this video, you can watch and follow-along with the yoga exercises to progress into the arm-balances Crow and Side Crow pose.

I will be offering the complete video series (with original audio / guided teachings) as a weekly email series for $20+ patrons beginning in January. It is a 10-week course featuring a new practice video + meditation and journaling exercises every week.
