Lets try something for fun. A partial restrained state. Where the hands are tied but the character can still move and act in a limited capacity.

Handcuffs can be applied via a grab, and when handcuffed, the character has a forced move set. They can attack, block, and breakfree (with the special button, not working yet) as their only actions.

If you are curious, internally this is implemented using the somewhat-new Weapons system. By forcing the character to equip the Handcuff weapon, that causes the character to use the Handcuffed moveset which translates into the reduced functionality compared to normal.

Still has some kinks to work out, but that's the general gist.

Hit the attack button (J) while blocking or input guard (L) then attack (J) to do a parry. If timed right before an attack is about to land, staggers and knockbacks the foe instead.
