Implemented a projectile system and incorporated the particle system into the game. I got comments the past that the "punching into the air and dealt damage" was a little weird, and I agree, so I implemented the expected behavior - shooting a projectile instead. 

For example, here is a "fireball":

I also spent quite a bit of time on the tooling for the particle system, which will help immensely for me to create and edit existing particle effects. I shared the particle editor in discord as well, and that's something others can use to create/tweak the particles if they choose to.

Another big feature is the ground targeted abilities, which are abilities that targets a tile instead of a unit or device. Most notably, this is vital for Area Of Effect abilities such as the fireball shown previously.

Last but not the least, there is actually another pretty big thing that I did, but I will leave that for a separate post to come SoonTM. It's kinda a surprise but Im pretty sure some of you can guess what it is already :P.
