Orchestra Collaboration - (Concept Phase) (Patreon)

Hey guys,

One of the interesting projects that blew into my inbox recently involves a live orchestra.

Musical composer Ethan Algazi approached me to create an original painting based off the template you see above. As my painting takes shape, he's going to be writing an original score to accompany it. After the painting is finished and the music is written, I'll be hiring a my friend Dominik Guembel to add a layer of animation to the painting and Ethan will be hiring a live orchestra record the music for the final composition. The end result will be a animated and scored video loop.

This painting will be accompanied by a number of other artists working with other composers to create a gallery of art and music all based on this simple brief. It's a very diverse lineup of creators, so the final release of all this is going to be really interesting!

I can't wait to see what the other artists are working on. You'll be able to get a sneak peek at my process putting this together as well as works in progress on the musical side from Ethan.

I've already got some progress made on the painting, so I'll just go ahead and upload those now.
