Orchestra Collab - (Sketch Phase) (Patreon)

The direction to take this piece was sort of obvious to me. Putting the doorway-like shape into the chest of a giant divine being is just right up my alley. The proportion the template forced makes this being very reminiscent of Yesod, Foundation of Life but I'm not going to be sticking too close to that piece.

We both went into creating separately, so right now the art and music feel a little disjointed. Ethan told me after seeing this sketch that he's going to start a new composition from scratch to build off the paintings mood more directly.

I'm excited to see what he comes up with.
