Hi all, here's a slight update with a fix for a bug Brobort reported with the last release that caused one of the new scenes to error when taking an action available for shy characters.

a few things: ---- there's a erroneous ')' at the start of the line about the house of parliament, in the friendly conversation bit during the cooking lessons. ---- "He replies that Leo is in a ton of debt and could be in big trouble if he, as your boyfriend's wasn't paying them off." In the scene where your BF's jerk friend comes to your home. There's something missing after "he, as your boyfriend's ..."

Saur's Megathread Last updated: 10/11/2020 Typo: "Show us your bra!" scene after leaving club ******* "Show us your bra!" someone yells out. A man steps out of the crowd and tries to calm them down, but they start chanting, "show us your bra! show us your bra!" ******* Capitalization needed after the opening quote and 1st exclamation point in the 2nd sentence. It should read: A man steps out of the crowd and tries to calm them down, but they start chanting, "Show us your bra! Show us your bra!"

Recommendation: Making the "Traditional" trait more accessible for NPCs? ***** Due to being a Jerk-only trait that's incompatible with Sleazy, Likes Sexy, and Likes to Share, this trait almost never appears in randomly-generated NPCs. I had an idea for expanding the trait while keeping its original spirit intact. Jerk-only "overcontrolling partner" This basically means keeping the trait the same but removing the Sleazy and Likes Sexy restrictions. This builds on existing content while focusing the trait around the NPC's desire to control the PC's personal life. Consequently, Traditional NPC wedding vows might include demanding that the PC quit her job to fill the "woman's role" as a housewife, getting rid of all of her male friends, and taking cooking lessons until her kitchen skills are good enough for him. These changes would make the Traditional trait more accessible while giving it a stronger antagonistic identity, which makes sense for a Jerk-only trait. I have another version that involves keeping the current limiters while creating "nice" Traditional variant dialogue for Romantic/Caring NPCs, but that seems hard to maintain and lacking in flavor. Cheers SO, it's good to be back.
