So one thing that's killing me is this hatch shading. Up really close, I'm always concerned it looks like a bunch of ugly scribbles, but far away it comes out alright, which is the point. It probably helps that I work at a larger resolution and then scale down, but all the same it drives me crazy. The other thing I keep thinking about is properly weight contrasts so that there's not too much white in any one panel. Filling in the edges with black and hashes is a little hacky for the purpose, but to be honest I kind of like the way it looks for Stebe, at least.
