Just on the phone and always being connected thing, I work in tech so can sympathise! The thing I did recently which I’m sad to say (but relieved to admit) has changed my life, was to downgrade to a dumb phone. No apps, just text and talk. You can get them with hotspot so is useful for work + travel. It’s stopped me from doing what was mentioned, just wanting to constantly touch and idly interact with the phone/internet. Freed up a lot of mental space, recommend it.

I have the same issues with the Steam Deck screen that John has. I just honestly can’t go back from OLED screens.
