People from earth are already in that area so she might have heard them say it. Also I don’t think Drake walled cities are big on tourists so they might not have them, therefore he’d be unfamiliar with the term.

I have to say this one really hit me wrong. The way their etiquette based skills seem to shield them even while they are breaking laws in a domain outside their control or inside the home of someone that hasn’t invited them all while they are being rude just seems like it would be too abusable as a gimmick. If all you need is three high level ladies to waltz into anywhere uninvited and unchallenged it seems like any conflict would be settled by sending the ladies to back someone into a corner while someone hits them with a bat while they’re apologizing for how uncouth their bleeding wounds are.

Yeah, one can be as rude and over-bearing as one wants as long as one doesn't initiate violence. But [InnWorld] has this recognised problem of [Noble] and [Royal] classes walking over everyone else. The world-magic gives them a truckload of power when they level up especially in matters related to Will. And [Lady] classes get a full helping of it at the cost of other skills. In Liscor there are no nobles to counter these [Ladies]. There is only a teenager Drake [Wall Lady] in Pallass. They are effectively at a disadvantage facing high-level human [Ladies] who come in peace.

Really liked the Chapter. Now I wonder what will happen to the glowing honey... I suppose the easy way would be to give it to Saliss, but I kinda sorta hope we'll get a wondrous fare out of it, ideally with some fancy special guests in the inn :)

Gah! Really don't like Magnolia. All her [Lady] Skills, etiquette, Rules and such basically combine to make for legalized mind-control and there's nothing anyone can do about it. It's just so unfair. Realllllllly want part of her plan or something to blowup in her face.

What happens with the glowing honey (I hope Mrsha doesn't simply eat it when/if she finds it) and whether someone will knock some sense into Erin about the invitations to the Walled cities (particularly the one from Manus, since we know there is someone there who'll start to get impatient) are two of the questions I hope will be answered within book 7

I still think it's Antinium eggs. She was clearly in Liscor getting a true count of the Antinium there - she said as much to Chaldion. Antinium eggs show how many are going to be added to that count. She said to one of the other Ladies (I think) that she hopes there can be peace and the Antinium can change enough, but it's best to be prepared.
