3AM, might as well read this before I sleep, thants! (That's thanks but with ants)

Yo pirate you should look into voice to text software to look at giving your hands a break or just partially lowering your work load on them

DThornz

The work spent on typing would instead go into fixing all the typos instead. Not sure if that's any healthier.

Andrew

Thank you!

eggs? what eggs?

When Belgrade saw ceria I think it was Love at first sight

Atlas Dwarf

I think Belgrade was still love struck by Lady Wuvren from last chapter when Ceria and the gang arrived, not that he was love struck by Ceria.

I don't know about an interlude but it really did feel like the beginning of a new volume. Payoff payoff payoff payoff and oh hello, "introductions". A certain Gnoll Drake combo remind me of Croup and Vandemar from Neverwhere... Or actually more like the two Northmen from Joe Abercrombies short story Tough Times All Over. Deep and Shallow.. they were also in Heroes. Great interplay.

Caanbo

I for got that. But I feel sorry for him she will never love him back😔

Erin should ban the pink lady and her friends. Send a message to the 3 of them informing them that they're not welcome nor are their servants and associates. Even without the skill, a ban should prevent them from using the rules of hospitality to force entry. And I'd have brought the new fire to the Pink Lady's city and pretended I was Nero.

Dikfor

Great story as always. I'm always amazed by your ability to perform on a schedule and still put out great material.

Durzo

It was a good interlude, the previous serious chapter was great but it felt suffocating because so much chaos happened and it wasn’t Erin-chaos. This chapter was needed as a nice breather.

Brigette Brinton

Loved it. I think calling it an interlude is an injustice to it. No it isn't as momentous as many of the recent chapters, but it is dealing with the fallout from the events in the previous chapter and includes some character growth for our main protagonist.

John Koor

It's hilarious that you said at the beginning of your stream that you just weren't feeling it and hadn't even prepared notes. If this is how you handle shooting from the hip, Pirate, then there is nothing to worry about. Well done. Rather enjoyable chapter. Not the best chapter, because obviously not every chapter can be, but it was fascinating to see all of the character interactions and the opening of future plotlines.

John Koor

I think eggs should be a running joke in TWI. After the last few chapters and the confusion in the comment sections when Magnolia mentioned eggs, any time I see eggs mentioned I'll immediately remember the bad eggs and the horns.

I hope theres more leveling and the door to the goblins to get fixed and opened. Ive been waiting so long for poor numbtongue. I guess his pyrite/reiss development has to get tidied up. Maybe Numbtongue becomes a goblin king? I always thought that would be Rags but all I can do is guess. Maybe goblin lords/kings just attract too much attention and theyre better off not accepting that character change like Erin did with her general status. Speaking of, did Erin keep any of those skills or did she reject them when she said shut up? I havent heard about them since so i assume they all were rejected.

Daemion

More like she met 3 dead gods, same as Ryoka. Except perhaps gods don't really go away when they die... pretty sure the Faeries, dragons or Antinium could tell us more though.

Kittora

I loved seeing so many in one place interacting. What a great chapter.

Alan McBrayer

I'm hoping rags sees the trap of lord/king and goes the way of a light side tremborog and just rules her city of goblins. If she can survive the culling of the wyverns she has a good shot at just building a goblin nation in a place that most are scared to travel.

julie sheckler

Rags never turned hob so i dont think shes gonna develop that way. It would be cool if rags leveled and gained a brand new class like lady or queen and maybe she can use powers like the other ladies and calm people tf down around goblins.

Anonymous

Erin rejected the skills, so she didn't gain the general level up.

Kevin Choi

More and more I feel like 'Hob' is just an adult Goblin.... I have high hopes though that Rags never becomes a Goblin Lord... In fact it would be interesting if she got a more human title of just 'Lord' or 'Lady'. Goblins keep getting a 'Goblin Lord' title instead, which seems the way of madness.

Alan McBrayer

Well rags already gained the class of [great chieftain] which I believe is the same as tremborag. I think the big difference between the two classes isn't the big transformation of Tremborog. Rather it is a chieftain who chooses to rule multiple tribes instead of becoming a lord of a single giant tribe. Similar to the [High King] of Medain who ruled over two other kings. Rags differs by having her sub tribes cooperate where Tremborog had his sub tribes compete. Plus Rags is a mage rather than a warrior so if she gets a super transformation it would probably be into a quasi- archmage.

I think the oness Ryoka met we devils or fae not so much gods. I mean they were looking for bargains just like the other ones asking for a hand shake. Gods seem like fonts of infinite power. Just look at the sleeping god it keeps creating monsters in its sleep, and new races are occasionally created in his dreams too, like the antinium from what it sounds like they are a creature that rebelled. if they have that much power why would they need bargains as they already can effect the world. While Erin seems to have encountered a god in the way their interactions went, it reminded me of the myths of Odin and his meetings with people in disguise.
