Chapter 630: The Continent as a Ship, the Quantum Sea as the Waters!

In the endless sea of quantum, the origin and terminus of all things.

At this moment, a continent spanning about 100,000 square kilometers drifts like a lone vessel in a storm through the quantum ocean. Lynn, akin to an experienced helmsman, constantly navigates by the coordinates of the Eternal Star, sailing through this quantum sea.

However, they are not the only 'passengers' in the sea of quantum. As Lynn increases the relative flow of time to more than tenfold, he faintly senses the existence of other planes.

This is not a visual perception but rather through changes in spatial curvature, discerning the presence of the other.

These beings, also adrift in the quantum sea, are immensely large, their gravity affecting all four dimensions simultaneously.

Like giant ships cutting through waves, ripples spread in all directions.

Since Lynn can perceive them so clearly, it likely means the other is quite close. He can even roughly outline the shape of that plane in his mind but dares not make rash contact.

The cosmos is too perilous. The technology of the Geometric Civilization is already impressive, capable of creating cosmic phenomena like black holes. Yet, within this galaxy alone, there are three such level-six civilizations, and galaxies like this are as numerous as grains of sand in the universe.

Soon, as the flow of time further increases, the spatial ripples become chaotic, indicating the presence of many 'passengers' in the area, some stationary or moving slowly like snails, while others are swift as lightning, continuously changing their positions.

Just as Lynn increases the four-dimensional coordinates to a fifteenfold time node, one of the targets in spatial perception suddenly moves closer.

Lynn immediately becomes tense, knowing that the other's confidence in approaching likely means they are from a very powerful civilization.

As Lynn considers whether to speed away, the other suddenly disappears.

Vanished without a trace, no longer detectable by their gravitational disturbances.

At first, Lynn thought it might be the other using some method to temporarily negate the gravitational effects, much like a submarine lurking underwater to avoid radar detection in preparation for an ambush.

But soon, Lynn dismisses this notion, as the other's speed in dimensions is much faster than his. If they were to launch an attack, it would have already happened.

Time passes, yet there remains no sign of activity.

"Could they have been destroyed?" Lynn wonders wildly.

Of course, this is highly unlikely. It is more probable that they had more pressing matters and thus leapt through time and space to another location.

Facing the prospect of a war, Lynn momentarily shelows his ambition to venture deeper into the quantum sea.

He also notices that the regions within tenfold speed are relatively safe, likely because lower civilizations lack the capability to traverse the quantum sea, and for higher civilizations capable of controlling dimensions, a mere tenfold increase in flow speed is insignificant.

Moreover, the increasing consumption of divine power also proves burdensome for Lynn. To maintain a high flow of time for extended periods, he must continuously expend divine power to withstand the onslaught of quantum tides. The deeper one ventures into the quantum sea, the greater the consumption.

Eventually, Lynn decides to adjust the time flow to about tenfold, ensuring no other 'passengers' are nearby, and then he diverts some of his attention to monitor the activities of Harof and others.

During the time Lynn focuses on manipulating the dimensional coordinates, the wizards accompanying him begin their ambitious transformation projects.

Drawing from their previous experiences in foreign lands, the legendary councilors jointly create a large fusion reactor to serve as the sun, providing light and simulating the change between day and night by turning the reactor on and off.

Then comes the improvement of the soil and the production of oxygen, tasks handled by the wizards from the Natural Conservation Association. By planting a magical plant called 'Weave Mushrooms,' they achieve both goals while also providing some light.

The initial transformation plans span several months and cover about 10,000 square kilometers, a tenth of the separated continent.

With magic as the most versatile tool, progress is swift. In less than half a year, the once barren continent begins to display lush greenery.

Next, they set about placing creatures and constructing an ecological cycle...

"It's truly like creation itself!" Raphael remarks as he gazes at the vast expanse of grassland, forests, and rivers flowing before him.

Sanchez nods in satisfaction, proud of the vast jungle that is his creation, hard to believe that just a short while ago, this was a desolate wasteland.

But then, a voice resounds in everyone's ears.

"We are still far from actual creation..."

The speaker is none other than Lynn, who, after ending his experiments in the quantum sea, has been observing everyone's trials.

On the surface, it seems that Sanchez and the others have done well in establishing an ecosystem by introducing a balanced number of predators and prey, creating a basic ecological cycle. However, there are many things lacking, such as a microbial community, which is virtually growing wildly.

Lynn is certain that once they leave, the internal wildlife would die out within a decade.

Moreover, the area is still too small. While 100,000 square kilometers might sound vast, equivalent to the size of a small country, achieving a complete ecological cycle without external assistance is still too challenging.

A minor ecological imbalance could trigger a chain reaction, lacking self-regulating capabilities.

As Lynn points out these flaws, Raphael feels somewhat embarrassed. He understands that their ecosystem is not perfect; his earlier remark was just a spontaneous expression of awe.

Lynn does not solely criticize; he points out these deficiencies to prevent everyone from becoming overly complacent. In fact, their experiments have already achieved significant results.

At least it proves that using high time flow zones for agriculture and aquaculture is entirely feasible, just a matter of technical adequacy.

Additionally, as they had previously anticipated, the gravity of the sun still affects the continent, even though the changes in gravity they feel are very slight, which amazes everyone since they can no longer see the sun anywhere.
