Where is all this hardcore hugging I'm hearing about? Is it back after the Orgasmic Empire section or more current?

That's correct. It's the same hug animation used in the current update, just with Simon wearing green instead of black.

I've run into an odd bug: when I attempt to take the final exam at the Order of Yhilini Thaumaturgy, Robin says she still needs to complete all four pre-tests (to be specific, only the far leftmost test room is referenced by her as something she needs to study for). However, I've done all the Research for the exam; I only have the Dari and Veiling research left to complete. In 25.0, access wasn't an issue. I battled through the puzzle maze and passed the exam. I went back to check 25.1 and it features the same bug.

If Robin has already completed the research (as opposed to you having just now assigned it) what is likely happening is a negative side effect of a change to the way this works. Previously it allowed access as soon as you assigned the research; now an iteration has to pass. Anyway, workaround: if you were trying this after the succubus refugee event, restore to before that point; otherwise, just keep playing and after that event go back to the trials.

I've lost that save game, but when I did that project, before the update was over I ended up with another RP session with Qum that raised her affection to 100, so while it does not undo it it at least gets her affection.

Hi. First off, I want to tell you how amazing your game (TLS) is for me. I follow you from....jesus, I can't remember when I started, but I really like your game. I stopped playing it, even if it's free, because some time ago I heard that you were looking for an artist to include art in the game, and that really would be awesome. Any progress with that?

This has been an ongoing issue. I looked through a huge number of artists, contacted a selection of them, and eventually tried out two... neither of whom worked out. It seems extremely difficult to find artists who are willing to commit to a project of this length. While I am still in theory looking for an artist, this is not a very active search, because every artist I encounter seems unable to commit (or even necessarily finish work when there is money on the table).

so i found mabye 2 bugs post invision yilin when you find ricks parent and complet it. this is after you complete the quest. the dalioge will still show up after you talk to the npcs saying that are looking for a their son. and the other bug im not sure about when you select other for orc research what stats goes up? becauz for mine it was 8 str 7 int and 7 discipine and this was still the same after i came back from the elevn lands

For your first question, we'd need to know which specific NPCs say they are still looking for their son to be able to tell you anything. For your second question, the "other" option improves your orcs in other ways which aren't reflected in the strength/intelligence/discipline scores.
