January 13 Update (Patreon)

So... originally I was going to release a side project today, but I think I'm going to delay it. Not because it isn't finished, but because I think it might be better for development overall.

I've been working on stuff in the background for a while and my original plan was to send it out rapid fire throughout January. Every time I release something, however, it pulls me away from my current work a little bit. Right now what I want to do most is keep working on TLS, so I'm going to prioritize it - I trust most people are fine with that. ^-^

Meanwhile, here are the finished things you will see sometime:

Once Ever After 0.1.0: Steam page, if you don't know about this one. I've finished a significant portion of the game, enough to show patrons. It's not a trivial amount of work: 15+ scenes with full art, 120+ maps, and 150+ enemies. It's the equivalent of multiple TLS updates and I think even the fastest players will take five hours or more with it.

Serialized Novel: The other side novel I've mentioned is complete at about 140,000 words.  It needs editing, but I'm setting it (and prose writing in general) aside for the near term while I work on other stuff.

Desecration of Wings Art: Someone reminded me that I haven't ever sent out a package of the game's art at full resolution. I think I will make that a bonus for $10 patrons at some point.

Meanwhile, I have closed the previous poll - thanks to everyone who voted and/or gave their opinions! Nothing is decided for certain and I won't be rushing into any new commitments, but I'm glad people were overall enthusiastic. Some observations:
- Hoarding Princesses had the plurality of votes by a wide margin.
- A TLS-related project was second. Nothing of this sort will happen in the near future, but we'll discuss possibilities when the time comes.
- Menage a Zombie came third, to my surprise. Maybe that project will live one day! But not at the moment.
- A fair number of people voted even for my weirder ideas, which is nice. XD

Anyway, as you can see, this will be an eventful year. But right now my mind is consumed by TLS, so I'd like to focus on that.
