Book Chapters Clarification (Patreon)

Hey folks! We've had a few more patrons join and people have been reaching out to ask me about the what the Alpha means on the chapters. So I thought I would make a post clarifying my process.

Alpha: This is the raw, unfinished chapter. It gets a basic google grammar check but is otherwise untouched. It can contain notes in here left by me to double check something like character lore, worldbuilding stuff, or etc.

Beta: This is my thorough editing check. I go through, correct all the notes that I left in. I do a read through and listen through for every chapter to make sure everything flows the way I want it to. This is the final version of the chapter that gets sent to beta readers and my editor.

V1/ARC: This is the final version that has me accepting all the corrected changes by the editor. I'll add any changes I agree with coming from the beta readers as it pertains to story and flow. Once all of this is complete, I build the completed version to be sent to Amazon and anyone who wants an ARC. (ARC stands for advanced review copy) When this happens, I delete the current chapters from Patreon.
