I'm not crying, you're crying... Also it's official, as lovely as you are, that hat just doesn't seem to look good on anyone's head. Anyways I think the real reason you're feeling this way is you're afraid to lose Amos/Miller, but the sentiment is truly appreciated. :'( Jumpin in, I think Amos is the definition of a ride-or-die-bitch (in the utmost positive way that phase can be attributed), when he is With you (capital W), he's got your back, your front, and any other side until you are safe and or successful. I don't think that Amos forgot about Bobbie in her suit. As of right then, he's with Anna. We have seen Amos is very much an in-the-moment-guy, and anyone, even Bobbie who tries to break a commitment he's made to someone, they will only reap the whirl wind he brings with him. There is a moment in this series which happens and I am so happy its rare, lending gravitas to the moment when two people put their helmets together in order to talk privately or over something else. Like they are playing the most serious game of telephone with 2 cans tied together ever played...IN SPACE. C'mon, only scifi has done that and this show, by far the best. It's so intimate, because even without any power, that is a true analog message from one person to another, as if they were right next to each other in a room, but in the impossibility of space. Just SO cool! I am not sure how I feel about Drummer's apology to holden. Not that she wasn't sincere, rather she only sees the world through Naomi's lens. I know she loves her, that's pretty clear but that moment almost was entirely for Naomi, like if she was talking to her and Holden was not in the room Drummer wouldn't care if Holden ever received that apology. Call me weird. And how is it Holden looks skinny as a rail with clothes on and all beefcake without? Clearly one of the unknowable mysteries of the universe. And did anyone else get a Mjolnir "you are worthy" vibe from all the portals opening up like that? Or was it more of a "I'm tired of fighting, you guard the gate while I take a nap," sort of thing? I also thought of that thing in the ring gap as a separate thing but never considered it could be Miller. Interesting. As for the look you were talking about earlier from Holden to Naomi. I promise someone has the capacity to do that for you. I can personally verify my grandparents looked at each other that way until the day they died. It wasn't an easy life, just like Holden and Naomi, but it was bearable because they had each other, even if they had a fight, it somehow only served to strengthen their resolve for each other. I mentioned them in my last Youtube comment. (different name, one of your long winded commenters :-) ) I am still very much trying to live up to their example, every day. One step at a time.

Actually Diogo becomes a huge character in later seasons and becomes instrumental in saving the Roci and the entire solar system due to his quick wits and generosity several times before the series ends! ...

Favorit moment was definitely"I am that guy" and "This is Amos. He is my best friend in the world". I burst into tears every time I see that scene and I saw it a lot in the mean time. Couldn't wait for your reaction to that since your "Amos is not that guy" in the first season. ;) Now there is another moment in the show where I'm really looking forward to see your reaction, but not gonna say anything more. It would spoil things to come. I'll let you know when it's there. ;) When I first watched the last episode, I thought that would be the end for Drummer and she would die buying Naomi and Holden some time. I was so relieved when the elevator rushed through and took Diogo with it like in a Bugs Bunny comic. :) And about the hat. Actually I don't dislike it that much. Actually, I disliked Naomis Hairstyle a lot more.

The Amos and Prax moment of "I am that guy" was one of the best moments of the season, but I would put up at the top Holden's plea to Ashford in the last episode to stand down because it has very obvious parallels to who we are as a species. When we don't know what something new is we often treat it hostile and react with violence. It seemed instrumental that they all turn their ships off not just for the act of saving themselves in the bubble, but as an act of defiance towards what humanity can be at their core: reactionary, violent and destructive. And if the humans in the bubble could show they could resist those instincts, humanity would be worthy to have access to all of these other worlds. So I liked that simple line/moment from Holden too.

Thanks for giving me another opportunity to enjoy this season. I love this season! Yes, there is something they are showing when the Roci transits the Ring. We don't know what is going on for another few seasons.

One of my favourite hours of tv ever, full stop

One of the best season finales ever. Book 3 might have been compressed in the last half of the season, but I love that it gave time to the little moments, like Drummer turning off her mag boots to relieve her spine. The episode builds and never lets up. If you want to review seasons 1 - 3 in the most hilarious way possible, check out Yanheda's Expanse cracks. They're so well done. What happens now? Will the show be about visiting strange new worlds like Star Trek? Here is a hint which I don't think are spoilers -- Epstein before he died, talked about how Mars can now be independent and man will no longer be bound to the inner solar system thanks to the Epstein Drive. He finished by saying "That's the wonderful and terrible thing about technology. It changes everything."

Drummer's apology to Holden was definitely Naomi-centric. She DID care about Holden getting the apology, but she was even more concerned that Naomi knows she gave it to Holden.

My favorite moment in season three was the sudden deceleration of most of Maneo Jung Esplat's body. I'm a child.

I'm glad Drummer remembered to disarm those genades she was holding. I was worried there for a second. 🙂

2023-04-14 18:00:47 Monica was just doing her job with trying to get the boys to open up, but she was genuinely a boss in this ep, covering Anna, whilst still getting her to speak, whilst under gunfire. Drummer is just THE BOSS. Can’t wait for next season. Drummer & Ashford are my fav duo from the whole show.

I love the scene where Amos wants to kill Clarissa; he thinks Anna's objection is just with the method in which he wants to kill her, and Anna's like, "Amos, no kill."
