Been excited for this one! Very strange two-parter to me. On the whole I think it’s one of the more forgettable two part stories and certainly not one I often come back to. But the ending is a different story entirely - phenomenal scene by Capaldi and something I could rewatch a thousand times!

This is it. The speech against war was the moment when Capaldi became my favourite Doctor of the modern era. And it's gonna take a lot to top him. Even when looking at all 60 years of Doctor Who, only Tom Baker stands even higher than Capaldi for me.
