“Alexis, do you remember when I had to meet with the Anderson’s with mother?” Alice said as the other girls began to listen.

“Of course, I do,” Alexis said to her. “Mother and I usually meet with her once a summer, but this summer she asked you to do it instead of me. Why do you ask?”

“Well, her daughter Juliana kind of interested me,” Alice said starting to feel more flustered. “Wait, on second thought let’s just forget about this and talk about something else!”

“So you think that you might have a crush on Juliana?” Jasmine asked, curious to know more.

“I don’t know maybe, I don’t want to think about this anymore,” Alice said. She didn’t want anyone to judge or make fun of her. She felt anxious ad unsure for one of the few times in her life and this time she didn’t understand what she could do to make this anxiety go away.

“Fine, we don’t have to talk about it anymore if it makes you feel this uncomfortable,” Alexis said, resting her sister's head against her lap. While she didn’t learn much it was interesting to see her sister develop more like a girl. Perhaps once their alone she can get the full story out of her.

“Alexis that’s not fair, I want to hear more,” Mindy said, knowing that she would have to wait longer now for this girl to come out of her shell.

“Shh, she’s sleeping,” Alexis said, pointing down to Alice who had only closed her eyes for a brief moment but soon found herself fast asleep.

“Aww, that’s so adorable,” Jasmine said pulling out her phone. “Just wait until the other girl at Obelisk Blue sees this, they’ll never let her live this down.”

“Jasmine don-”

“Too late,” she said sending the picture that she took to all of the third-year Obelisk Blue girls.

“Ugh, sometimes you girls are just impossible,” Alexis said, looking down at her sleeping sister as she rubbed her head.

“Hah! I did it!” Chazz yelled as he barged through the door. “I bea-” Mindy quickly got up and covered his mouth.

“Shh! Can’t you see that she’s sleeping?” Mindy said, pointing over to Alice.

“What!? That’s not fair,” Chazz whined. “I beat that brat, and I was supposed to duel Alice next, but here she is sleeping on my beloved’s lap! This is unfair! I want a lap pillow as well.”

“Well maybe if you turn into a girl like Alice I would consider giving you a lap pillow,” Mindy said teasing him.

“Chazz, first off I’m not you anything, and second I would never give you a lap pillow,” Alexis said looking at him with a cold glare. His jealousy over Alice had seemed to grow over the summer.

“OMG! She looks so cute!” Blair came in, yelling in a whisper. “My future wife is just the cutest!”

“What? The sarge is already asleep, well that’s no fun,” Hassleberry said following after Blair, with Syrus by his side.

“Well, I guess if the main event is passed out that means that the party is over,” Syrus said disappointed that the fun had to end.

“What are you talking about?” Jasmine said. “Just because Alice is asleep, doesn’t mean that the party is over. In fact, we’re going to kick it up a notch real soon, but first, we have to send our sleeping princess back home.
