All of a sudden the door to the room slammed open and a pudgy old man entered. He didn’t waste time as he instantly walked over to Alice.

As he loomed above her, she couldn’t help but notice that he smelled terrible, like rotting eggs. She could see the hate in his eyes as he looked at her with contempt.

“I can’t believe that they allowed a freak like you to join this prestigious family,” the man said to her.

“Excuse me?” Alice asked, not knowing what this guy’s problem with her was.

“Shut your mouth!” he yelled at her without warning. “A freak like you doesn’t even have the right to talk to me let alone look at me. I feel disgusted by the mere sight of you!”

“Uncle Adam, you go too far,” Ariana said as she stepped in between them.

“That’s hilarious coming from you. You and your husband are ruining the Rhodes name by adopting that freak into our family. Have you no shame?”

“Uncle Adam, Alice is by no means a freak,” Ariana said sternly back to him. She didn’t know what her uncle's problem with Alice was, but she was not going to stand for it.

“But she is,” Adam said as he looked at Alice with a disgusted glare. “I know that you tried to cover up what he is, but you weren’t able to hide it from me. He’s one of those freak trannies! A man that has no right to call himself a man. A man that doesn’t desire to live!”

Adam yelled at the top of his lungs for everyone to hear. While it was true that Ariana and Adrian tried to cover up what happened with Alice, they only did that to protect her. Ariana was certain that no one in the Rhodes family would act like this, but it would appear that she was wrong.

SLAP!

Ariana slapped her uncle right in the face. “Don’t you dare insult my daughter like that!” she yelled at him, her hand trembling from how hard she hit him.

SMACK!

Adam retailed by punching Ariana right in the face, causing her to crash into the table behind them!

“Mother!” Alice yelled in shock after seeing what this horrible man did. “How dare you!” Alice yelled as she charged at Adam, but he kicked her in the gut before she could get close, causing her to slam right into Ariana.

“No, how dare you!” Adam looked back at them with rage. “How dare a fucking tranny try to join the prestigious Rhodes family! You are nothing more than a roach! I will make sure that your life from now on if filled with nothing but despair. Mark my word you’ll-”

CRASH!

Adam was sent flying as Adrian came out of nowhere and punched him square in the face.

“Adrian you da-” before Adam could finish talking, Adrian pinned his face down with his foot.

“How dare you!” Adrian yelled in rage. “You dare attack my wife! My daughter! I will have you ruined for this! Security take him away!”

“Yes sir,” said three men as they dragged Adam out of the room.

“You’ll regret this!” he yelled, struggling to get free. “I’ll make you pay! You’ll all pay!”

“We’ll see about that,” said Adrian, turning to his wife and daughter.
