I want to share with you a special place. It’s snuggled in the valley of the mountains and hidden amongst the wild brush. I like to believe that I am the only person who knows of this place. This spot is where I have cried, laughed, wished upon a dream and shared many moments alone. This place brings me so much peace and serenity.

I love just being playful and feeling like a kid playing in the water. This water is super cold but I think i prefer it that way! Makes me feel so alive!!

Out of all the most Incredible places, I choose to do my healing here. It’s like my own little wellness retreat. Throughout the past couple of years I’ve been through break ups, the loss of my grandma, my cat Tigger and what it felt like one thing after the other. Overcoming those hardships I feel more fearless than I ever have!!

When I am here, I am reminded that I will be okay. 🥰
