This is the first time Zoro and Sanji have been together since episode 629 which equates to 6 years of One Piece where we did not see Zoro and Sanji on the screen together. Absolutely crazy

Couple facts; This is the first episode where Zoro and Sanji see each other since Dressrosa! Chapter 722, September 30-2013 (episode 653, July 13-2014) Chapter 943, May 27-2019 (episode 941, September 13-2020) It took nearly 6 years for manga and over 6 in anime! Also even though Yasu was constantly laughing and grinning with the denizens of Ebisu Town, he wasn't a SMILE user! He did all that on his own. And Toko was actually his adoptive daughter.

Yes, as V_VMat mentioned, without any context, as revealed in an SBS Interview (and not to be brought up again in the main story, as I am aware) The people of Ebisu town began to eat the SMILEs and go through these changes BEFORE Yasuie ever ate one. After he saw what had happened to his people, he adopted a huge smile and happy-go-lucky attitude to try to keep his people *happy*. Certainly a Daimyo of the people... And yes, years ago (I believe at the time she was 2 years old), Yasuie adopted an orphaned child he found left in Ebisu town and raised her up as his own. That little girl was Toko-chan and it hurts even more to think that this is the 2nd time she's had her parent ripped away from her by Orochi.

Toko using the toad oil was a genuine gut wrencher. Usopp had sold her that oil, but he was more or less scamming people with it; the oil doesn't really do anything and he felt terrible for Toko trying to use it on her dad. 4 things in life are certain: Life, Death, Taxes, and Orochi is a disgusting piece of shit.

Remember lad, Wano is the land of Smiles! Where no one is sad and always laugh and have smiles adorning their faces. Doesn't matter if they are in pain, suffering, starving, sadness, or even dying off. The bear it all with a big smile on their face. Fuck orochi so much man. Just by looking at him laughing and saying that crap makes my blood pressure go up slightly. Jesus Oda you truly can make someone so vile that you make real life people pissed off beyond belief. First time I saw this my blood pressure really went up to the point I went to the hospital to control it.

I get why Kaido gave his soldiers the smile fruit, obviously to make a stronger crew. But Orochi, fully knowing the effects, just willingly gave it to the townspeople because he couldn't stand their cries at being hungry...that's horrible. All my homies hate orochi!

Even though Queen and Kaido don't care what Orochi does, they acknowledged that what he did was screwed up. Though more in the sense of when one laughs at what they perceive as dark humor.

Kaido and his top dogs are the kinda villains you just wanna see beat the fuck down, but in a way i don't wanna see Kaido gone, hes my favorite villain from the show so far beyond Katakuri, and you gotta have respect for him as a character. Orochi just has nothing going for him, you just wanna see him decapitated and thrown to the dogs
