Bro Orochi is the worse piece of shit, like the next episode mentioned Kaido used the SMILE for his soldiers, but Orochi uses them so he can find entertainment in the Ebisu Town people suffering hunger and have them always smiling to give off the illusion that he is a great ruler. Orochi is nothing but a bully and when people like Yasuie and Komurasaki step up he becomes a big pussy and has them killed off. Fuck this guy, I hate him more than any other character in anime. He needs the worse death imaginable and then needs to be revived so they can repeat the torture multiple times.

The way the SMILE fruit was incorporated in the story is insane. I never thought about it but it’s been since Punk Hazard with Caesar and we never would’ve guessed that it would cause something as horrible as this. In my mind at least I always just considered them as use for military power

Orochi can have his little giggle, but its Yasuie who's getting the last laugh. He gave The Kozuki Rebellion a clean slate to start over and got to mock Orochi to his face as he died. Orochi could be put through the 9 circles of Hell, 7 Hells of Westeros, The Shadow Realm, thrown into the void, and fed to Cthulu's maw and still I would not say that Orochi has suffered enough for all the lives he's both taken and ruined. Orochi is not a villain who just needs his ass kicked, he's a vile and cowardly tyrant that needs to be removed from the world of the living. There is no redemption for a little shit like him.

What's insane to me is that the smile fruits were first hinted at before the war when Doffy was telling the slave auction dude about the war and saying how human trafficking is old news now it's all about the smiles. That first came out in 2008. And here we are with this chapter first release in 2019 almost exactly 11 years later.. to be able to pull off something like that over such a long time is such great writing and that's putting it mildly.
