the best part about this rewatch was keeping an eye out to spot Tohru since I knew the twist

yeah, the characters are just so likeable that a story about them just enjoying their day can be so much fun, really shows just how good the writing is, I really hope they announce a season 3 soon, or that they adapt one of the spin offs into an anime, there's so many spin offs by the way, Kanna, Elma, Lucoa and Fafnir each have their own spin offs now, I'd really love an anime version of Kanna's daily life manga.

Kanna is already the envy of her peers since she excels at Schoolwork and Art. Now she's added complete mastery of English on top of that too. A language that in Japan a few people can read, but not necessarily speak. (Four years of English is required prior to entering High School in Japan). And even then it's more or less the stuff you'd learn in a standard phrase book. "Where's the bathroom?" "Do you speak English?" "How much does this cost?"
