The difference between Subaru's talk no jutsu and Naruto's talk no jutsu is how its written.(No shade at Naruto, I still enjoy it!) Naruto just waltzes up to people he barely knows and talk no jutsus them into submission, but Subaru gets to know people first, and then after many trials and errors his talk no jutsu finally works. That's why I love Subaru's talk no jutsu way more than Naruto's cause for me it makes more sense writing wise and takes more effort.
