Corazon putting Sanji on the ropes in the fight for best infiltrator...too bad Corazon falls, and Sanji falls for ladies...they'd make for some serious spies if not for that :D (sidebar thing, the way Corazon uses the Calm-Calm fruit is similar to Law's "ROOM")

Seeing their relationship, you can really understand why Law wants to avenge Corazon so bad. He saved his life not only literally but also with his kindness. The calm calm fruit is probably the ultimate infiltration ability. Would be perfect for like a ninja or spy.

I wouldn't go so far as to say this is the "best" backstory. Don't get me wrong, it's a fan-fuckin-tastic backstory (as all OP backstories are) but Ace/Sabo/Luffy's backstory still holds a special place in my heart, to this day. Just because of the context behind it, making it the most bittersweet thing I've ever seen in an anime.
