Despite this being an anime only arc, it was still a good watch, and a necessary one as well. As was touched on in a comment yesterday, Nao is meant to be a stand-in for a character named Naoko Moritaka, who was the school nurse in the manga and for unspecified reasons was cut from the anime. Naoko's parts in the manga up until now were either cut or given to Ms. Fuyu, but there is an upcoming episode where Naoko played a pivotal role in the manga, and Ms. Fuyu won't be able to replace her, so Nao was brought in from the GTO predecessor manga to take her place. Sorry for the wall of text lol.

If you remember couple episodes back where I talked about the common rule of thumb about Yen to Dollar exchange rate being 100:1. So she got scammed about $300,000 which by US standards for a hospital bill is nothing new 😅

I mean the VP is creepy, but honestly she worked at a Hostess club and knowing her financial saavy, she wouldn't turn down an immodest proposal. She's probably been in similar situations with even more disgusting looking guys. Maybe even something out of a Hentai Manga with the "Ugly Bastard" tag.
