Inheritance Concept Art (Patreon)

Got a couple of sketches from one of the other artists today.  As we're kind of exploring each artists strengths and weaknesses, this is kind of their homework assignment at the moment.  The idea is to let each of them present some art related to how they see the setting, then decide what would work best.  


I have to admit, I really love the way this artists does the eyes, and some of the detail work on the clothing gives me some ideas for the future!


Keep in mind that these are concept sketches/WIP for the sake of exploring the artists' talents as we figure out the best way to move forward as a group.

Did he base these off Angelina Jolie? lol. He loves his strong jawlines and square face shape. I kid, I kid. As for art, you said there were based off the original art. However, I feel like Eve is a lot more enthusiastic, playful, yet shy. Anna is more reserved, fearful, yet dutiful. Neither of them seems particularly defiant.

These are just concept art. I was thinking the jawline would need a little softening as well. I asked the artists to present a sample of their work based off of the original piece and how they saw it. I figured that was a good way of seeing how they viewed the setting and all that. These are some of those results. I completely agree that Eve is the more energetic and playful one, and the final cover art will need to show that. I also agree that Anna tends to be scared and protective, and the final cover art will need to show that as well. Thank you for the comments, I'm glad to see that you're enjoying the concept art so far!
