Madness Ending concept sketch. (Patreon)

Got a concept sketch for the Madness ending art I commissioned this month.  I'm very excited to see this piece come together even though it will be of a less erotic nature than previous pieces have been.

If the artist stays true to form, we'll see 2-3 more WIP images over the next two weeks before the final version of the image is completed.  The final version will appear in the game in the first major release after completion.
