You made reference to the title in this reaction. "March comes in like a lion" is actually one half of a proverb that is completed by the following phrase "but goes out like a lamb". It's basically referencing how the weather in March starts off bitter and cold, but eventually transitions to warmer temperatures as the month goes on. How that connects to the Lion Shogi tournament or the show as a whole, I'll leave to you to theorize XD
