Everyone I just want to remind you all that next week we are getting episodes 16, 17 and 18. Oh yeah. Three of the absolute best episodes in all of Attack on Titan. It's going to be wild Also Alex, highly recommend you watch those 3 together Will update after watching!

If you're wondering when you can watch the intro, you should be able to watch it on 3x19, if I remember correctly. That's after the big thing(s) it spoils.

I would highly reconsider watching the intro for two reasons. 1) it's the same as the post credit scene in that nearly everything you watch has less meaning out of context. 2) Most of the things shown are easily predictable things that would happen in the season. Just my opinion though.

is monkey titan the new windbending? Poor Beast Titan not even getting to be called by his title after all the carnage he's caused. Man i remember my anticipation for this being sky high after having to wait 6 months for part 2..s2 has nothing on the s3 part 2 cliffhangers

Wild escalation here. Reiner's already caught a body and is now transformed, MONKE showed up and brought a bunch of pure titan friends (wondering where he acquired the necessary humans to pull off that en masse transformation, by the way), and they still haven't brought out or even revealed their most devastating weapon. Where is Bertholdt? When will he come out? What in heck was that weird-looking titan with a backpack next to MONKE? How has Levi survived this long without coffee? Find out next time!

Erwin put a lot of trust in Armin, but of course it pays off. Armin is always figuring things out. Can you imagine if Eren hadn't saved him from the titan's mouth? They all would've perished without him in that very same arc. This has been an Armin-appreciation post.

The conviction and trust that Erwin has in his scouts is pretty amazing. It's pretty hard not to follow his lead whatever he does. It's also cool to see Armin coming into his own. I was pretty scared he was going to be the one to discover Reiner and get skewered... thus begins one of the best arcs in the series!

Wow. This whole time I was saying monkey titan too because I didn't think we got the name "Beast titan" until later on, but it was the titan of the first episode in season 2. I guess it will be the next "windbending" lol

Your reaction to seeing Annie in the outro was interesting. I finally got around to tracking down the Lost Girls OVAs the other day, and I definitely recommend the two Annie episodes. They're pretty similar to the Levi OVA in that it's not plot relevant, but is still really cool, especially if you're interested in the character. I was kinda kicking myself that I waited so long to watch them, considering how awesome the Female Titan arc is.

Opening isn't really spoilery. Especially after the first two episodes here. My recommendation would be to skip it once more for the next one and then watch it :)

Yeah, this arc man... Happy that you are finally here, about the comment above saying you should watch 16,17,18 together, I agree completely, it is kinda a triology that its best watched at the same time. it is its own mini arc / big episode

Hey! Just a little clarification, remember that they plugged the outer gate first, so this battle right now is taking place at the inner gate and the beast titan and the dumb titans are standing within the walls, thereby cutting off their way back! (Just cause I remember getting confused)

Btw, technically the opening can spoil up to 14 more or less very clearly, but after that although there are spoilers, they are very hidden and subtle, and impossible to catch without seeing the series so yeah, I think after 14 you are good to watch the op.

For opening spoilers, it’s basically a clip show of things to come in S3P2, plus a heavily implied spoiler that I was able to figure out on my first viewing. I think you’re good after 3x18 though
