BRUH Its been a while since I've rewatched TDP and I totally forgot the first season is nine episodes. This season is great, but holy shit does this show keep getting better and better as it goes on.

Like you said this season is a lot of setup. There are some really good payoffs in the next two seasons! I recently finished S3 and I can't wait for what's next! Also excited to see you uncover the rest of the story so far.

I'm just glad we are getting the whole story told. After season 3 i was starting to lose hope it would be renewed, it was like 9 months of silence on Netflix's part.

Congratulations, your Hatchimal is the super rare dragon prince! ;P I'm right there with you in terms of how season 1 ends. It starts off REALLY strong and then by the end, they're just kind of hitting certain beats. That's not a bad thing, exactly, but I do find that when I rewatch it, I tend to skip some of the latter episodes in season 1. But you're right, season 2 and 3 are legit! I can't think of a single episode that I don't love in them and I think they'll really come together like you're hoping, and more. :)

If you go back and watch the first time Viren uses moth crack, they don't show his face. The dark magic is messing him up so he uses magical creatures to disguise himself.
