Hotfix OWH v0.13 (Patreon)

Just a quick hotfix for OWH as I smashed some bugs. Please keep sending me any bugs you find.

Change Log for v0.13

• Changed rendering mode from Forward+ to Compatibility, this should hopefully allow for older PCs to play the game without issues.

• Added startup loading screen progress numbers.

• General optimizations.

• Cost of all items and missions updated to the correct values.

• Increased starting AP from 6 to 10.

• Placeholder missions added.

• Various bug and typo fixes.

• Fixed a bug where the Patreon icon would stay on the screen after the pause menu was opened then closed.
