FINALLY. Luke gets to review WWF Backlash 2000, one of the best b-tier WWF PPVs of all-time featuring a meteoric main event with one of the best pops ever. I don’t think it’s fair to compare ratings from 20 years ago to ratings today. 20 years ago, actually sitting in front of your television to watch a program was basically the ONLY way to watch it. Now, particularly with raw being 3 hours long, noone is gonna wanna sit in front of their tv for 3 hours, sit through commercials, only to watch an inconsequential show that’ll be undone next week anyway. Raw isn’t the Super Bowl. Or even the World Series or Stanley cup final. You can’t expect 10 million people to sit for 3 hours and watch this nonsense. Not with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, peacock and whatever other on demand options people have. Why watch live today, when I can just watch the replay tomorrow and skip the commercials? Also gotta say, a couple of democrats making fun of “oh I’m gonna beat up the politicians” while strapping in their masks to not go outside during covid is REALLY cute… like REALLY cute lmfaooooooo

The boyhood dream has come true for the & only Luke. BackLash 2000 was fine, good in ring which the fans didn’t care for which is current for 2021 WWE but my god that pop was huge, when you have stars on top you don’t need anything else

I literally just figured out why Test’s Big Boot was so good: he ran at them to hit it whereas everyone else would let someone run into their boot. I do not like Denise whatsoever, but Triple H IS cool, at least to me but Adam is right, the Mania 33 entrance of Triple H was terrible.
