Always love your MCU reactions Rico & Monica, I'm watching this now. Lol you guys look away from the screen or facepalm or something at all the vital parts so you miss things - you missed the beginning with The Winter Soldier when they de-iced him where it took place in 1991 and then switched to Present Day, that's why you were confused as to how it looked like he was 'captured' again

Couple of Notes: -Peggy actually has her own show called Agent Carter. It's actually pretty good, I think you and Monica would really enjoy it. -Audi sponsors a lot of the MCU movies. The r8 was made famous by the first iron man -Bucky is also a super soldier, that's why he was so fast and strong -Big Scott is call GiAnt Man. Get it? Gi-Ant Man hehe -Cap knew about Howard starks death from the Winter Soldier scene where they're talking to that computer (Zola) and he mention that people that got in Hydra/Shield's way was eliminated ("Accidents happen"). So he know that Howard Stark didn't really die in an accident like how it would've looked. That's what Cap meant when he said he didn't know it was Bucky when Tony asked him if he knew. But he probably suspected -Clint is "HawkEye" And I'm gonna leave one last thought for you Rico, if Bucky was your friend, what would you have done? You know it's ok to talk about the movie afterwards right? I think everyone here would welcome y'alls thoughts ;-)

yea me too. i mean cap made good points and wasn't wrong but i really was more on tony's side throughout the movie, but it's understandable why people are on cap's side, too

I'm glad you were as conflicted about the accords as the avengers were. it's not an easy topic that can be just decided on in a snap, there is no instant correct answer. both tony's team and cap's team had good points. and at the final fight, too. i personally empathized more with tony but of course cap was not in the wrong (apart from lying to tony obviously). it is a really good movie that shows things are never just black and white i'd say. plus zemo was a good villain who actually achieved his goal

i am on tonys side morally but i dont think the accords were necessarily the right solution. i mostly think caps position sucks

This may have been my favorite MCU reaction from you both. Monica’s excitement and investment is awesome. I’m on Team Cap as well ... though I think what makes the film so compelling is that there are elements of both sides that I understand and empathize with. Keep the subtitles for the rest of the MCU stuff (even the Disney+ shows if you decide to do them). Can’t wait for more!

Oh man can’t wait for you guys to react to the new Marvel TV shows: WandaVision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier and finally Loki when that drops as well. Excited for the movies that are coming...but the shows are spectacular too. Everything has been a hit so far. Most likely Loki will be another hit too. And you guys already like these characters to begin with! Awesome reaction! Keep it going! A movie a week would be awesome!

Rico & Monica, Peggy Carter shows up on the TV show Agents of SHIELD for flashbacks a few times before getting her own show Agent Carter (it takes place shortly after WWII, while she was still young). I hope at some point you two do reactions to them. I believe they're on Disney+ and/or Amazon. The serum in those 5 packets was a form of super soldier serum. Bucky has that in him, too. It's not exactly the same as Steve's, but it's similar. So Bucky didn't just have a metal arm, he's a super soldier, too.

Bucky Knew when she’s was being trialed as the Black Widow If you go back to Age of Ultron when Wanda messed with the avengers minds we saw a flashback of Black Widow being choked and if you looked close it’s Bucky.

The problem with Tony is that everything he does is a reaction to his fears, emotions, and regrets, constantly trying to take the fastest possible route to a solution. His approach with the Accords is really no different and T'Challa actually makes the best point imo.  That much power should be kept in check, but the red tape and political interests of 112 countries making decisions on the Avengers activity could lead to unresolved threats or fighting wars for the interests of others.  So I can't really blame Steve for saying no to the only 2 options that were put in front of him: Accords or retirement.

Rico, for the best experience going forward you should watch in this order... 1. Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2 2. Spider-Man: Homecoming 3. Black Panther 4. Doctor Strange 5. Thor: Ragnarok 6. Avengers: Infinity War Both the main story of each movie and the post-credits scenes really work best and flow better from one movie to the next in this order. Please. You'll thank me later. You don't have to, it's just an expression. But you will have been happy that you watched them this way.

As an entertainer I'm sure Rico already has a way he wants to watch these with monica but I definitely second the order you suggested it does flow much better.

The reason Spider-Man wasn’t introduced before in the MCU was because Sony held the rights to the character after Marvel sold it off to them in the 1990s. They made a deal to feature Spider-Man in the MCU a few years before this movie came out.

I have to say that I have watched a lot of full reactions of this movie from several reactors and you guys were easily one of my fav. I love that Monica emphathized with Steve. I will never blame Tony for wanting to kill Bucky right after finding out the truth, but I have never wavered in me supporting Steve Rodgers throughout this movie and every single time I've watched it since the first time. It's amazing how the Russo's were able to juggle this many characters and somehow manage to give each one their moment(s) so that on the surface it looked and felt like an Avengers movie but at its heart, is a Captain America movie.

Once you guys finish the MCU phase 3, you should really watch the tv shows on Disney+ that are starting off phase 4 because they will lead into the next set of films going forward! Love your reactions, I'm with Monica totally Team Cap...I did feel very bad for Tony but Bucky was a victim...he was essentially a POW for like 70+ years and was tortured and brainwashed and had no control over his actions...he was used as a gun and was pointed and fired by HYDRA. So I love that Cap stood by him and defended him..they are brothers, really love that relationship between the two of them.
