EDITED - Because apparently several people don't realize you can point out smells just like you can breezes and warmth and everything else in a visualization. Not you Kathy dear.<br><br>So incredibly relaxing. Even in a busy noisy place, it blocked it all out. Ocean sounds will do it almost every time for me. I for real almost fell asleep at the table in the restaurant. XD<br><br>I love the imagery of the breeze in my hair, sun on my face, warm sand under my feet, and feeling the water lap at my feet. That's about the extent of my body-to-sand contact and is usually the only reason I want to walk on the beach. XP<br><br>This is my new favorite meditation audio. The only suggestion I have is to think about adding a line pointing out the smell of the salt water when you describe the scene. Then you'll have all the senses covered. Loved it dear. 💕💋
