hallo loves

i hope you’ve recovered from the shock (or thrill) of seeing me and jason webley‘s bums this morning. 

it really did rain yesterday in woodstock. i swear. 

its my last night at home until april. 

i tour the UK and europe until christmas, and then we go to australia and new zealand. 

i won‘t see my bedroom for seven months or so. 

it used to feel thrilling. 

nowadays it just feels kinda tiring. seven months is a long time to live out of a suitcase. 

but i will get to see you. and talk to you. and sing for you. and do things with you - all you people over there across the big pond. 

i’m homesick but i’m happy. 

leaving the house is always hard. which objects to come on this seven-month journey? i better like this underwear. i will be recycling the same 10 pairs of underwear so often for the next seven months. 

but i have become an expert in this art of leaving

to something else 

someone else 

something bigger. 

i love you all a lot.
