Lauren was in town and we shot over 2 hours of footage for an interesting Holly episode. I'm in the process of editing it now.

The bad news? Our microphones had some issues so I'm going to have to use all of the world's most expensive software and audio engineering knowledge to try to make the dialogue sound decent.

But it's a, you know... fun challenge. Yeah, that's it!

If you need help cleaning the dialogue, maybe I can be of service.

Your light tipped over.

I can commiserate... these days I have about five different mics going for a three-minute beer review because something will go wrong with two of them.

I don't know Pro Tools unfortunately. Not saying I'm the best person to clean audio, but as a composer I often have to clean takes that had AC running in the back or things like that. I use the RX tools and some other tricks.

Holly is always a great addition!

Anyway, if I can at least try to help and save you some time, let me know.

How well you can clean it up depends on what is the problem. Constant hum, static clicking noises, and a few other things are easier to clean. Other issues are about impossible to fix. Garbage in, garbage out. Maybe post a link to 20 seconds of the audio only and let some people take a stab at it. Hopefully a clip that has 1-2 seconds when nobody is talking to sample the noise if that is part of the problem.
