The raffle winner for this month was Pidge/Katie from the Netflix Voltron series. Remember that anyone who pledges at the $10+ level will be eligable to potentially pick next month's character. Alternate versions available at the $15+ level.

It was an odd choice. I would have just done what they did the last time, kill off one of them and put the princess in a lion. ;)

What is this? Does it have anything to do with the game or what? I'm confused with this raffle stuff... Are they characters that will be added or are they eye-candy pictures for Patrons?

It's just eyecandy. Every month I randomly pick a $10+ subscriber, ask what character they'd like to do draw, and I draw them, and let you guys see the result. This version goes to all subscribers, another more explicit one goes to $15+ subscribers, ink linework and a simplified PSD version goes to $20 subscribers, and a small scale work PSD version goes to $25 subscribers. It's just a fun little thing, and a way to reward patrons at a higher pledge level, given that the game itself is for anyone at the $1 level.

all i wont is to get more kitty options cause i did everything i can do with her that i noticed over the last release so i wait for next one its the reason i live for to see how this story moves on and this kind of game progress XD I love games like this cause i can put my self in the guys place and live in this heaven when life is too stressful so thank you making it up to us is not needed just keep working hard and we all wait for your next build to be out with eager and anticipation.

2017-07-02 16:07:18 Nope no game update, last week we had the usual result for the monthly shuffle, but nothing about what was done with Rogue Like. We don't mind waiting, just liking to know how things are doing with the progress ;). As it was stated to have some words about it every weeks.

Not in the first pass of it, unfortunately, I want to get this one out and that would take at least a few more days. I might be able to get it in by the last bugfixed version of the build though.

Oni I love the game but I have to say, 1 update every 3-4 months is not enough. You are getting $3.6k per month from your Patreons...don't we deserve a little more?

Sorry, I really am trying to get updates out as quickly as possible, and some take more work than others. With any luck, the one after this one will be more in the one month range and be more of a content update, but the nature of this one just meant that it was all or nothing, if I'd released anything at any point in between it would have meant large chunks would just not work at all. I have actually been working with The Rook to write some new content additions, and while most of those won't be making this build because implementing them would have slowed down the main work here, adding them in shouldn't take too long. My pledges seem to have taken a dip this month, and I totally understand that, but hopefully I can earn back everyone's trust.

Heya, Frank! I'm glad you dig the game. I just want to let you know that, having a bit of a "look behind the curtain" with respect to Rogue-Like's development, I can tell you that Oni has some VERY cool stuff planned for the game in the next few releases. As a player myself, I know it can be difficult to wait for extended periods between releases...but in this case, when they come out, I can promise you I think you'll agree it's worth it! :) The Rook
