Still trying to figure out the timecode for PAL more watchers.  Any ideas on how to get it sorted; I am all ears.  Until then I can only do it for NTSC frame rate.

Honestly you can only put it out there at one speed, so those that don't match will just have to work around it. The only suggestion I might add is to put in the description the exact time on your video that you press play and the exact time when the end credits start, that way people can alter the play speed of their film or you to match.

Well, in theory she could render another video at a PAL framerate and upload that. But it may not be worth the effort.

I know some reactors from EU who post a version of their reaction at 96% speed for US viewers. So I guess if you can make one at 104% speed that should work. The sync might not be perfect, but it's close enough.

When it was first released, I was right there with many as far as finding this movie disappointing. But, on repeated rewatching and in the context of the rest of the MCU through "Endgame", what originally seemed like cliche MacGuffin crap with The Aether, is now a necessary part of the world building that leads to the Infinity War. I enjoy the movie more with each rewatch. To a certain degree, the same is true for "Iron Man 3". Unfortunately, it still isn't true with "Captain Marvel", though. But, with the Phase 4-related offerings I'm starting to see some light at the end of that tunnel.
