Until the next one, ✨stay golden!✨

Very fun to watch.

Diiirk706

Gah your hair's so cute here n_n Love the Guardians movies SM.

Calo Grsf

Thank you Nat! This Monday is much better thanks to you haha, I love your new cut hair, it suits you very well! Stay Golden!

Curaitis

Rocket all the way.

MotoDork

SWEET

MotoDork

I was just sitting down to watch your Winter Soldier reaction and I'm greeted with this as well. Looks like my holiday is planned out for me. I'll watch these whilst the ice storm sets in.

Paul C

The dog in the suit with CCCP on it in the Collector's cage, was Laika. One of the first animals sent into space by Russia. And Terra is Earth, Terran - human.

Tomas

Ooh, nice. Been refreshing a few times today, and now this is here just in time for pizza =) Also wearing my Stay Golden hoodie for the first time! A good day :)

Kevin Mowery

It's probably Cosmo, a telepathic Soviet space dog. In the comics he was the security chief of Knowhere.

Starromania72

This movie will always holds special status for me, chiefly because I saw it the day after my mum died (in her 70s, after long battle w/ Parkinson's). I went to take my mind of stuff. Needless to say, the intro was majorly unexpected and hit like a brick s$!thouse, but the rest of the movie proved SO cathartic with its heart and weird humour. It's also one of a slew of movies/series where the soundtrack isn't just background noise - it's part of the fabric of the story, the characters are aware of it, respond to it and are driven by it. Eg, Big Lebowski, O Brother Where Art Thou?, 24 Hour Party People, Baby Driver, Life On Mars/Ashes to Ashes, etc... Pure magic.

Alan Kobb

I've been looking forward to seeing this reaction for a while now. I figured with the great tunes and humor, Natalie will be having a great time! Popping the popcorn now!

Darryl Low

Your hair looks awesome Nat. Knew you'd be bopping along to this one. Great songs and great score. The Nova Corps assembling and We Are Groot music always gets me. You tearing up is exactly what I do everytime 😢 Rocket and Groot are definitely my favourite characters in the team, but they are all great and each has their moments of fun and drama. I loved when you said "I need to pay attention" when the final plan was being drawn up 😀 The duck at the end is Howard the Duck, and he had his own movie way back in 1986, produced by George Lucas, and is famously one on the biggest box office bombs ever. Was really looking forward to watching this with you, and it was so much fun. Thanks Nat. I am Groot 💛

Sean

Terran refers to humans from Earth, Nat.

Anonymous

It's Howard the duck, a Marvel character that hasn't been reused.

Anonymous

Cosmo the Spacedog! Thats the dog in the space suit. He's a telepathic Soviet test animal shot into space.

JSounds

Howard the Duck is kinda like Marvel having a laugh. He was a weird, obscure comic character and nowadays they just like to poke fun at him. It was just a bit of a tease for those who stuck around till the very end

mranderson

Yay! You are delivering content in a pace that I’ve hardly ever seen! Excellent as always 🙌🏻

Anonymous

What fun this was!! Watching with you made this more emotional than I remembered it being. Ooh fun fact for you, Nat: the blue alien prisoner that Groot picks up by his nose? He was voiced by Nathan Fillion - Mal from firefly. Thought you’d appreciate that. Can’t wait for the next one. You rock!

It Hurt A Lot

After they got captured it was explained that Rocket was the result of illegal genetic/cybernetic experiments on lower life forms. But I think you may have missed it. It's impossible to catch everything. Enjoying the new pace btw. Thank you editors

Luis Torrefranca

Terran as in from Terra. Latin for "Earth". Think "terracotta" = "baked earth".

Ben Wheeler

The duck at the end was Howard the Duck. He is a comic book character, and there was a movie in the mid 80s. Thanos' lackey that Ronan killed with his hammer was The Other, who was also the representative that Loki talked to in the first Avengers movie. I didn't realize that myself until my most recent rewatch.

The Golgothan

It's absolutely not an unpopular opinion to not like the Jurassic World. Those movies are widely hated because they're garbage especially compared to their predecessors.

Ian

that was such a fun movie great reaction as always , great music throughout , rocket is amazing as are all the cast but him mostly , your hair looks terrific nat suits you perfectly , just want to mention the choice of green mood lighting worked great just felt right so good job on the colour choice :) stay golden

JediLounger

Awesome. I look forward to watching this after the Snowmageddon in Texas abates.

Ronny Boss

Can't wait to get off work and watch. I've been wanting to see this reaction since I first found your SW reactions 😄 Stay Golden Gurl💙

Ronny Boss

Snowing in Texas, does that happen often? We are getting rained out in my neck of Tennessee

Ronny Boss

I watched the shiz out of Howard the duck growing up in the 80's I was so excited when they showed him when I first watched gaurdians

Bob Criswell

I've seen a YouTube video of Bradley Cooper in the sound studio voicing Rocket Raccoon. It's really strange to see that voice come out of his mouth.

Neil Silverman

Mine is DEFINITELY Rocket! :-)

Anonymous

Natalie, great reaction video, but I really don't like how you're holding the Mando S2E8 reaction video. It's very disingenuous. Just release it.

Kathy Ice

If you like Chris Pratt, you should definitely check out the Lego Movie.

Alan Kobb

Oh, yes. Once again, your knowledge of 80's Trivia fails you, my young apprentice. (Sorry, wrong series...) The Duck is Howard the Duck, from the 1986 movie of the same name produced by George Lucas. Also a comic book character about an intelligent Duck from outer space, but the movie used a puppet live action duck.

Alan Kobb

By the way, great reaction. I really had fun watching your facial expressions for this one because you were really having a ball!

Randee Carreno

Another fantastic reaction! 😊 I love the music this movie. It was fun watching you sing along when the songs came on. This is such a fun movie. I love how Monday seem to be your "Marvel Mondays", first with "CaptainAmerica: The Winter Soldier" last week and now with "Guardians of the Galaxy" this week. Love it! 😊 "Terran" is another word used for Earth. Terra is Latin for Earth. And the duck at the end was Howard the Duck. He had his own movie in the 80s that was produced by George Lucas. Rocket is definitely my favorite of the group. Next up, one of my very favorites: "Avengers: Age of Ultron". Until the next video, "I Am Groot" & Stay Golden! 💛

Ken

Yeesh, man. *Veruca Salt voice* "I want it now!"

VidKris

Can’t wait to see your reaction to Avengers age of ultron!

Jayson Phillips

Bit of trivia..Nathan Fillion is in this movie..he is the big blue guy that Groot sticks his fingers up his nose =)

Ronny Boss

Dag nabbit ever time I try and watch the video it says cannot play this file. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

john collins

can't watch or download bc number of views has been exceeded :/ anything we can do about this or just wait?

Darryl Low

Hi John. Just have to be patient I'm afraid. The file should reset itself after a few hours and you should be able to get in and download it.

Darryl Low

Hi Ronny. Just have to be patient I'm afraid. The file should reset itself after a few hours and you should be able to get in and download it.

Anonymous

Nat, if Google Drive gives you trouble with the exceeded number of views - could you maybe upload to a temporary mirror? A WeTransfer link (max. 2 GB) or something like that could catch the "first wave", if you will, a bit better, before the Drive link stays active for latecomers.

This_Jedi_crafts

Really enjoyed watching Nat's reaction (as always). Can't wait for more. Oh - and if you are reading the comments (I know you may not to, to avoid potential spoilers) - no spoilers but (despite the current poll you have up, for the next film to watch), I also wanted to suggest/ recommend the newer Star Trek movies with Chris Pine, Zoe Saladana and Zachary Qunito. Benjamin Cumberbatch is also in one of them and amazing. Just throwing that out there.

This_Jedi_crafts

Oh - and someone probably already answered your question but, end-credit scene was Howard the Duck. I think Marvel was trying to re-introduce him into the cinematic universe after that travesty (but cult hit) of decades before (with Lea Thompson & Tim Robbins). Howard the Duck was a huge bomb for Lucasfilm (who knew)!?!

Jayson Phillips

Seth Green voiced Howard the Duck btw....

Anonymous

Terra is Latin for earth, as has already been said, but I also think it’s a fun reference to old space opera science fiction going back to the 1940s and 50s with authors like Isaac Asimov and Robert Heinlein. Earth was often called “Terra” in those stories, and I think these movies with their large galaxy-spanning story with lots of alien races trace back to that era.

Anonymous

Woah, Marvel Mondays anyone?!

Richard Ryan

I love that when Starlord "dropped the ball", that was Chris Pratt dropping the prop, but he dove out of frame so fast and popped back up, staying in character so well it stayed in the movie.

Luis R.

This was so fun watching again with you today. Just what I needed. 🤙🏼 as always thanks for sharing your film journeys with us

Garrick Smalley

Howard the duck was fun for us comic nerds mostly because he is such an obscure character. Also the movie marvel made for him back in 1986 was such a S*&^ show. There are2 issues of Howard the Duck vs Kiss. (the band) It was a bit of a crazy greedy time. Love this reaction. Maybe keep tissues in the room just as a precaution?

Chris Gronau

Great reaction, as always. As has been pointed out earlier, the duck in the end credit scene is Howard the Duck. His presence is really an in-joke at Disney's expense. Howard the Duck was an independent comic book in the 1970's, featuring an anthropomorphic duck from outer space named Howard, stuck on Earth and getting sucked into various adventures that were mostly (R-rated) social satires or parodies of genre fiction. Disney sued, claiming that Howard the Duck was too similar to Donald Duck, even though there was very little similarity between the characters. However, Disney had enough money to win the lawsuit and forced the comic to tone down the adventures of Howard the Duck. Marvel acquired the character of Howard the Duck, and Disney acquired Marvel. This means that, ironically, the character Disney neutered is now a Disney property. Anyway, that's the in-joke as to why Howard the Duck was included in the end credit scene.....

Matthew Periolat

OK, first off, although I’m sure others have explained by now, the Duck. That’s Howard the Duck, savior of a human generation. ;) Seriously, the 1986 Howard the Duck movie was the first official Marvel movie. This Howard is a homage to that. So, three Chrises now: Hemsworth, Evans and Pratt. Obviously, none of them are Tyler, but who takes the crown? The world wonders... Yeah, Thanos is a Watch This Space character. He and the Stones will increase in importance over the remaining movies. From memory, I think the remaining order is Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man, Captain America: Civil War, Doctor Strange, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Captain Marvel, Avengers: Endgame, Spider-Man: Far from Home and WandaVision. I may have flipped one or two or forgotten one, but that’s the memory. No objection if we do do Marvel from time to time with other movies, but pretty soon, we’re gonna feel the urge to burn on to see how it ends. You’ll know when we get there. As for Guardians, isn’t it a blast? The soundtrack, the characters, the humor, the story. It’s a real treat really. And I think one of the most relatable of the Marvels because all these characters are flawed and connections can be made through them, but still function. Glad you had fun and I’m sure it killed you to just lip and dance, but the YouTube copyright police are pretty unforgiving. Still golden! See you next time!

Garrick Smalley

Good spotting of Stan Lee, thanks

Joel Palenychka

The music is actually from the 70s. His mom made the mix tapes from her favorite music from when she was growing up. It becomes even more clear in the sequel.

Lilla Kriger

Love watching your reactions to The Marvel series. Fun Fact: the man who played Yondus' right hand man also played the motion capture for Rocket and is the Directors' brother :D

Jon Hoover

Why? Why? Why are people so determined to spoil things and tell her what she's going to see. Please, leave the spoilers out of the comments. She'll get there eventually.

Anonymous

The "duck" at the end is "Howard the Duck", and if i recall, hes from a whole planet of duck type creatures. Hes just a weird, funny cameo. And the dog is Cosmo the Spacedog, a telepathic Soviet dog. I think he got lost in deep space and somehow ended up at knowhere. Also, just another funny cameo. And fun info about The Collector from the comics... At some point hed had a vision about the end of the universe or something and made it his lifes mission to collect creatures and things with the hope that he could re-populate the universe. Or something like that. Im not vastly read up on him but i recall it being either that or with the hope that one of those things might be able to be used to stop the universes destruction. Interesting dude though. Loving seeing you work through the MCU. :) its fun to revisit all this with someone elses fresh eyes.

Chaz Mannington

Nat, you cry at EVERY movie! Why on earth would you watch one without tissues?

It Hurt A Lot

Like a dozen people felt the need to explain Howard the Duck. Hahaha. Y'all are gonna make Nat think he's an Avenger in the next movie.. ..maybe he is. No spoilers

Jayson Phillips

Keep em comming sweetie please?

Anonymous

If you like Chris Pratt being funny, you should check out the Lego Movie!

Texas Anla'Shok

This one always reminds me of “Firefly”, with the space setting, the dialogue and the misfit outlaw protagonists. I have one bit of advice for watching “Age of Ultron”, for gosh sakes, watch your language! And now, here’s what will happen from here on out: Age of Ultron: I am Groot Ant-Man: I am Groot Civil War: I am Groot Doctor Strange: I am Groot Guardians Vol 2: I AM GROOT!!! Spider-Man: I am Groot Thor Ragnarok: I am Groot Black Panther: I am Groot Infinity War: I am Groot Ant-Man and the Wasp: I am Groot Captain Marvel: I am Groot Endgame: I am Groot

Tranquil_Gnome

Notice in the past few MCU movies that someone loses a hand or an arm . . . . New game besides finding Stan Lee in future movies. Look for the loss of arms and or hands. I believe this is mostly a phase 2 thing. PS Legs don't count. Rocket was just being weird.

Anonymous

Hey, new here, I can't seem to be able to download or play any of Nat's content because it's been "downloaded too many times" is there a fix to this?

Anonymous

I just got the same error, whilst in the middle of watching the Winter Soldier video. :/

MisturSmith

@Gumze If you're trying to watch it directly on the google drive, please download it instead. People watching it directly in the drive causes way too much traffic and playback/downloading will be temporarily disabled which is why you're having issues @Gavin, but it will come back.

Darryl Low

Hi Gavin. There's been a big sign up to Natalie's Patreon over the past couple of days, so a lot of people will be accessing her videos right now. Just a case of being patient I'm afraid, but you will get in and be able to download the video once the online traffic has cleared.

Andy Jordan

Wow! This was a nice surprise to wake up to. I'm only able to get to this now because our power was finally restored in Portland in the wee hours this morning after being out since Sunday (because of the ice and snowstorms). Some people are expected to be still out 'til tomorrow or even Thursday (at its peak, I heard over a quarter of the entire state of Oregon was out), and I understand it's similar in Texas. Anyway, glad I can get to this, even if it's a day late. Getting ready to cue up my copy now with a nice cuppa tea. Cheers, all!

Niklas

Still can't download or view the video. Surely there must be a better place to host these than Google Drive?

Cole Jennett

Peter’s ship is called “The Milano” after Alyssa Milano from “Who’s the Boss”. Not sure if anyone mentioned that little tidbit

nataliegold

please download the file instead of watching it directly on Google Drive as stated in the post

john collins

NO SPOILERS JUST GOOD VIBES: Natalie Gold, your lighthearted yet firm disposition to be open and true while watching these films, not just marvel, has been a refreshing breath of fresh air. I have found a home on your channel and patreon because seeing the fantastical nature of films i have adored either since childhood or since seeing them on the big screen captivate and move another person they way they did with me is quite frankly, exhilarating. I do not know your plans for the timeline in which you wish to watch the remaining mcu movies; although, I would recommend planning to go straight through phase 3. Not simply because all of us viewers want to see more and more of your reactions, this plays a part, but the third phase of the mcu is a portion of film history the likes of which no one has seen. Phase 3 is what made marvel far more than another franchise of super hero flicks, and instead an epic tale that spans over dozens of films. They take the best of what has made each movie so great so far and combine them together. The heavy overrarching subplots like in iron man 3 when Robert gives an outstanding performance depicting the horrors of ptsd, panic, and anxiety. Or the dramatic character development like we saw in the original thor; in which, not only does thor prove himself worthy but Loki shows his own vulnerability to his less than perfect childhood and in turn creates an entire incident that ends with him falling into a void of the unknown after his father rejects him again. The heartbreak of watching buckey fall into a ravine only to see him fight against his best friend after decades of steve believing him dead. Even the light hearted and thrilling experiences we got from guardians of the galaxy. All of these unique and incredible attributes of these great films now will be put into each movie and with each one the stakes get raised just a little higher until phase 3 culminates into an excellent adaptation of heroes giving themselves to causes they believe to be greater than themselves and using that formula to tie each story together revealing that each movie has been a piece of a puzzle that when completed depicts a masterpiece.

Thomas Malley

What was that thing you've been watching that reminded you of streamers? Valeran? You said it when one of the siblings yelled 'get out of my way' in the third act? Just wanted to check out what you were referring to. BTW: did anyone notice the Dark Elf in one of the Collector's 'bins' ?

Niklas

It's been a week waiting for the Mandalorian finale. When will it be released?

G. T. Blackwell

A reaction video for Howard the Duck would be amazing.

Pokerpope

After (MUST BE AFTER) watching Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, you need to react to a Music video that the Guardians cast made: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3MMMe1drnZY DO NOT watch before Vol 2!!!!!

Michael Cruse

Thank you for this. It's been a very unpleasant week here in Texas - two days without power or heat, still no water, and assorted other nastiness. But this was a lot of fun. I'd forgotten how much of this movie sets the stage for the movies in Phase 3, but I'll let you discover that for yourself ;) The dog in the Collector's collection is Cosmo the Space Dog, an established Marvel character. Marvel can get pretty weird. And the duck in the post-credit scene? That's Howard the Duck, who was actually the very first Marvel character to get his own movie, way back in 1985. Before Iron Man, before Captain America, before The Hulk, we got Howard the Duck. Produced by none other than George Lucas, the creator of Star Wars. My teenage friends and sister and I were so. so excited to go see it. And no. It was bad. Really really bad. Please don't do a reaction to it. It will devour your sanity.

Anonymous

Still can’t download file...? Natalie have thought of large file transfer? Such https://wetransfer.com/ or https://www.dropbox.com/ or https://www.securesafe.com/en/pricing/

Lotan

trying to watch this in sync with the copy i have but the one Natalie is watching seems to be running slightly slower than mine

Anonymous

If you have ever watched doctor who the actress who plays Nebula (Karen Gillan) is in that too.

Alexis

I can recommend Passengers as a non-action/non-comedy movie with Chris Pratt. And you're right, the latest round of Jurrasic World movies are quite dreadful (though they seem to make a ton of money so what do I know?).

JayWantsACat

Whenever you do something different to your hair, I'm like that baby who's only known their father to have a beard and when he shaves it they freak out.

Anonymous

Interesting fact. It may have been covered in the comments already, so please forgive me if so. In the scene at The Collectors "exhibition room" (for lack of a better term), when Peter Quill pulls out the orb with the infinity stone, and DROPS IT....That was a blooper. Mentioned in a few interviews, Chris Pratt did the scene a few times just fine, and one time did drop it accidentally, but pulled it together and stayed in character long enough to make the clip usable. James Gunn, and Chris himself both seemed to thing that is something that Starlord would do. Ironically. And it made the cut.

Oouga

Watching the Ravagers defending Xandar reminded me of American history: the Battle of New Orleans. We were outnumbered by the enemy and the Pirate (a literal pirate) Lafitte and his fleet of ships defended the port and city of new Orleans, saving them!

Oouga

You may or may not have been told, but Baby Groot was NOT Groot. He is the offspring of Groot, but has the same name (the entire race is called Groot). They do not share memories.

Anonymous

Groots race is flora colossus and it is indeed the same Groot not it's offspring

Jack Mellor

Nat, that isn’t an unpopular opinion, I hate the Jurassic franchise after 3. The first three are a decent enough trilogy of movies about the dangers of controlling nature by playing God and the repercussions of that, in that by the third movie, countless people have died, and the legacy of that being two abandoned islands loaded with killer dinosaurs, a kind of artificial Lost World. The recent movies are the textbook definition of milking something too dry just because studios think all we care about is shoving into the movie as many new dinosaurs we haven’t seen in the franchise before as possible and running away from them, under the guise of a stupid plot that thinks it’s smartly taking the franchise forward. The first three films (the third to a lesser extent, more power to you if you like it more than most, but it feels very tacked on in its execution of a third movie, feels more like a feature length TV show episode of “Let’s Get Lost in Jurassic Park”) said everything that needed to be said. The recent films are embarrassments! Also, you gotta watch The Iron Giant at some point, if you liked Vin Diesel playing Groot type characters (that being big lovable characters who you just wanna be friends with and love forever 😂)

My_Cousin_Mose

My grandma just died a few weeks ago and I need to watch this again. This one became like comfort food for her, for about a year or 2 I'd catch her watching it at LEAST twice a week.

James Bartley

Im having an issue with the last 10 minutes of every video. Seems to stop playing the last 10 minutes ov the video downloaded. Is anyone else having a similar issue. P.S still love watching your reaction Natalie

Ken

Not sure what you mean by "every video" but if you are referring to Natalie's reactions, this entire video played for me (as have all the others I have watched of hers), which includes her reaction to the post credit scenes and final thoughts on this movie. If you are still having trouble make sure you are DOWNLOADING her reactions from the Google drive and not playing it straight from the drive. If you are downloading them and not simply playing from the drive I am not sure what the issue is but it would be on your end. If you are having issues watching her reactions after you have downloaded the video onto your system, you might get more help by listing what you are using, PC or MAC, and what "player" you are using to watch it, VLC, Windows Media Player, QuickTime, etc, that way you can help narrow down the issue you might be having.

Anonymous

My dad also has a weird attachment to Igor from Young Frankenstein!

MertzRocks

It may have been said, or maybe not: The songs in this movie are all (I think ALL but definitely MOSTLY) from the 70s not the 80s.

MertzRocks

Rocket is/was a bio-tech experiment. This is why he walks upright and speaks our vocabulistics! Yes Terra = Earth so... Terran = Earther or Earthling. I can't spoil Guardians2 here bc you've done your reaction already lol... Not that I would have... Looking forward to Game of Thrones S4 E7 tomorrow! STAY GOLDEN

Cory Silver

So many comments, weill I say anything that hasn't been said? First. The last scene, Baby Groot is dancing and freezes when Draxx looks at him. This is where Draxx learned that if you stay still you're invisible. I think Groot does it again in the next movie too. Second, Groot planted the seed of himself before the battle, it wasn't a stick that Rocket planted. https://youtu.be/l6qeV4zwWRI?t=87 It's quick, but it's there. I hope they make a Nova movie someday. There's so much stuff in this movie. It's just, dense. It seems silly but what happened here is amazing. ALL of the characters were new. At the time, people were saying it was going to bomb since no one knew who any of the characters were. Of course, in the comix they were all established, but still obscure. So, Drax the Destroyer was created in some complex way, to kill Thanos. He was like, built in some ritual or something. His first ever appearance was in an Iron Man comic. Gamora was introduced as "The most dangerous woman in the galaxy", and was always Thanos' daughter. Her early adventures were with a guy named Adam Warlock, who was very tied to the infinity stones. He actually had one on his head, the soul stone. So, technically Groot was first, but it was just a tree monster that had very little to do with Groot as we know him. Yondu, was... well ok, so. What most people know as the Guardians of the Galaxy, were like, the second team to use that name. The Original Guardians had No Groot, Rocket, Star-Lord, Gamora, or Drax. It was Yondu, Vance Astro (A guy from the future who had Captain America's Shield), Martinex (Who is like, a guy made of crystal) Starhawk (Wasn't an actual founding member), and Charlie-27 Who comes from Jupiter. But Gamora and Drax have been around in the MCU for a long time, doing space stuff, just not at Guardians at first. Star Lord himself was created in 1976, so he's been around a while. Drax was 3 years earlier in 1973, Gamora was in the middle, in 1975. Like I said, Groot was TECHNICALLY created in 1960. That's 2 years before even Spider-Man. Groot was "The Monster from Planet X" And was indeed a tree monster. Groot as we know him was reinvented in 2007. (So even though he was the oldest one, he was also the youngest at only 7 years of existence at the time of the movie) Rocket first showed up in 1976, but then kind of vanished for a bit, until he showed up in an issue of Incredible Hulk in 1982, and he was so popular there, he got his own 4-Part story in 1985. He was in a few other things, but really wasn't seen until 2007, when he showed up again with Groot. Hope this wasn't all super boring! But yeah, the point is, these guys all existed solo in the comics for a while. It's just nutzo how Marvel can take guys created in the 70's, and show them to the world as new characters no one has ever seen before. As for Howard the Duck - here's a cool 20 minute bio - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iiePBdWDZUk

MertzRocks

It is so long after the fact, you probably won't read this... But I think you should check out some newer music too. There are especially a lot (A LOT) of great rock acts featuring women (bad bitches!), esp on vocals but even full bands. I live in NJ but I am recently aware of the huge indy and DIY music scene in the UK where a lot of these bands hail from. If nothing else, they are worth a look and listen. There are so many you are sure to find SOMETHING you like!
