London Celt

One of the best marvel movies

Don Britt

YAAAAS. Time to settle in and go watch with you.

Yesss, let’s go!

Looks like I'm grabbing a drink and a snack to watch Captain America tonight!

Fraser

Thought I was seeing things, great surprise!

Timo Paul

The best MCU movie. I appreciate that you don't rush through the MCU movies. This way it's more like an event.

Andy Jordan

Yay! Cueing up my copy right now. Today's drink of choice: milk. Today's snack of choice: a Lindor sea-salt chocolate. Let's get into the movie!

Andy Crawley

So glad you liked this one so much, pure 1970’s espionage thriller vibes, like Three Days Of The Condor or All The Presidents Men. Definitely at least top 5, if not top 3 MCU movies for me.

Troy B.

It warms my heart to know that people are trying to save you from spoilers. We need more of that in fandom!

JediLounger

Well I guess I know what I’m doing after class today.

Ian

My fav marvel film super excited to find out how much Nat enjoyed this one

Quarty

I honestly can't decide to watch this tonight or wait until weekend!

UngawdlyJish

Perfect timing! My lunch just got here. <3

Martin Heron

"Steve's story hits me harder... how he lost his best friend..." *gleeful anticipation intensifies*

Gath Bard

The movie Black Widow quoted when accessing the computer was "War Games" (1983). It's a nice movie, Natalie, and I think you should add it to your list.

Tony Johnson

Fun fact, if no one's mentioned it already, Steve's "to-do" list was slightly different depending on which country the movie was playing in.

Kathy Ice

The "shall we play a game?" movie was WarGames (1983).

Darryl Low

Nat it was so great to watch you really enjoy this movie after us all hyping it up for so long now. A great plot that had you hooked and kept you guessing all the way through. So many great character moments. I think that's why everybody loves Steve and Natasha, especially you. Your mic is amazing. It can pick up you crunching ice, so it's no wonder it gives up and surrenders when you scream at it! 😂 I would totally love to see Falcon Nattie flying around L.A. with Koda under her arm 😊 And you will get to find out what happened to Nick Fury's eye. Great reaction Nat and another emotional ride 💛

Troy B.

Also, I had to stop watching Black Mirror too, for similar reasons.

Randee Carreno

YES!!! I just finished watching this. And it was a great reaction. 😊 This made my whole day. The "shall we play a game?" that Natasha quoted was from the 1983 movie "WarGames". We will in fact find out what happened to Fury’s eye. Fun Fact: the doctor that helped fake Fury’s death was Joe Russo. He and his brother Anthony co-directed this movie and 3 other Marvel films. If you noticed Bucky's face when Steve said "I'm with until the end of the line", you can tell that Bucky had a look of recognition, and he did remember something. We'll continue on this journey with Bucky fairly soon. 😊 And trust me, the nerdy computer guy who went against Rumlow, and refused to launch the helicarriers and said "Captain's orders" is still alive. Next up in Phase 2, another one of my favorites: "Guardians of the Galaxy". Until the next video, Stay Golden! 💛

Aaron Lovik

Been waiting for this one! The Cap trilogy is easily the best of the main team and they each get better than the one before. I was worried you would get the Bucky surprise spoiled for you, but I'm glad you were spared. I remember during The Gladiator reaction, your comments about bromances lol. Steve and Bucky was a good bromance as well as Steve and Sam. Two best friends from completely different eras.

Andy Jordan

Another fabulous reaction, Nat. A few notes on the movie: The actor who played Batroc the Leaper was MMA fighter George St-Pierre, and he did most of his own stunts. In case you didn't recognize him, Robert Redford played Alexander Pierce; I think it's really cool that Mr. Independent Movies himself, figurehead of the Sundance Film Festival, likes these movies and doesn't judge them by their genre. It was heavily influenced by Three Days of the Condor, which had Robert Redford in it, which is why the Russos wanted him for this movie. "Shall we play a game?" was from WarGames (Saw's was "I want to play a game", so pretty close). Natasha short-circuits the charge on her lapel so Pierce can't activate it, and give Nick an opportunity to shoot Pierce. I think what you were thinking of re: China is what they call their Social Credit System. Also, I love that you recognized "It's Been a Long, Long Time." I love old music/radio/movies from that era, so it's nice to know you're familiar with some of them. And although it has nothing to do with this film, since you noted Tony and Bruce's friendship in The Avengers, if you want to refer to them in future films and be "in the know", they're colloquially known as "The Science Bros". I think this was a really good movie for character development, because everyone (Steve, Nick, Bucky, Natasha, Maria, etc.) all realize they've been lied to in one way or another, and they don't know who they are. As you continue through the MCU, this is a good one to revisit if you're confused by or unsure of something. Also glad you have another loyal best friend Sam (like LOTR) to cheer for! Looking forward to Guardians of the Galaxy next, and whatever else you have in store for us. Cheers!

George Baxter

My second favourite MCU film after Age of Ultron! You really empathise with these characters Natalie! When you started demanding Cap take off his helmet during his fight with Bucky I was amazed as that truly is the moment Bucky starts to question his orders. Its a small detail but shows how you connect to these characters and their struggles. Even when the character in question is a hypnotised assassin from WW2!

Jayson Phillips

I love the new rhythm keep it going! I can't wait to see the next few Marvel movies you put out!

Ken “Chaos” McKee

Wow! When you said you couldn’t wait to see this movie, you weren’t kidding! You’re pretty much into the heart the of the first 3 phases now and it’s only going to get crazier and more awesome from here! 😊👍🏻

bytefyre

Hi Nat! So glad you finally got to this one! I know you have to watch each movie a couple of additional times while you’re editing for YouTube, but I highly recommend you go back into the scene when Zola is revealing the depth of Hydra’s scheme to Steve and Natasha. Pay particular attention around the time he says, “When history did not comply, history was changed,” especially when it comes to the news articles he shows on the screen.

Rime Pendragon

Over 25 movies ?!? What MCU list is she looking at ? I count only 23 movies currently released in the MCU.

JediLounger

Watching it right now, god it’s like, I’m watching this again for the first time. Since you enjoyed this movie so much you should consider watching Agents of Shield, not great for the channel since there are so many episodes. But it’s a fun dive into the world.

VidKris

Hey, Loved your reaction and I’m not going to spoil anything but gotta say the movies just get better and BETTER! After this! It’s a shame you said you have already seen guardians of the galaxy I think you said? That’s a shame, but can’t wait to see all your reactions to the other films! You will find out how Nic got his eye damaged but I won’t say how. Keep it up! ❤️

Martin Heron

Great reaction. Obviously it's different once you know but I have such a hard time *not* seeing Sebastian Stan just in his eyes so I'm glad you never even came close to twigging until you saw his whole face. I think you'll really enjoy Civil War.

Brandon Scott

I absolutely agree and, who knows, with her working with editors now, maybe she can feasibly work in an episode a week or something like that. The show does run parallel to the MCU films and, from what I’m able to put together, the way it ended is really going to play a role in the slate of movies and shows that are still being made.

Brandon Scott

Great reaction, again. Loved it. To the editors: we appreciate your work and that it is giving us more content (in these socially distanced times I need all the content I can get *forces a laugh*

Nicholas Hentges

Was just coming to point out the wargames reference and nat's electroshock device, she uses them pretty often, but they aren't featured outside of battle so they can be easily forgotten.

This_Jedi_crafts

I know you're watching them in release order but found this site that (now that they are all completed-ish) that suggests an order to watch them in. This goes in chronological order. Enjoy! Captain America: The First Avenger (takes place during WWII) Captain Marvel (takes place in 1995) Iron Man (takes place in 2010) Iron Man 2 (takes place after Iron Man) The Incredible Hulk (time unspecified, pre-Avengers) Thor (takes place six months before Avengers) The Avengers (takes place in 2012) Iron Man 3 (takes place six months after The Avengers) Thor: Dark World (post-Avengers, pre-Ultron) Captain America: Winter Soldier (post-Avengers, pre-Ultron) Guardians of the Galaxy (sometime in 2014) Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (after Guardians) Avengers: Age of Ultron (takes place in 2015) Ant-Man (takes place in 2015) Captain America: Civil War (post-Ultron, pre-Infinity War) Spider-Man: Homecoming (post-Civil War, pre-Infinity War) Doctor Strange (takes place in 2016) Black Panther (takes place in 2017) Thor: Ragnarok (post-Ultron, pre-Infinity War) Avengers: Infinity War (takes place in 2017) Ant-Man and The Wasp (ambiguous, but fits nicely between IW and Endgame) Avengers: Endgame (starts in 2017, finishes in 2022) Spider-Man: Far From Home (eight months post-Endgame) If you want to throw Marvel TV in there, too, WandaVision takes place after Endgame, but it's technically set before Far From Home: WandaVision (three weeks after Endgame)

This_Jedi_crafts

Oh yeah - and just my personal opinion but - if you loved the action sequences in THIS (Winter Soldier) there are more mind-blowing ones in Age of Ultron and Civil War - I could watch Civil War over and OVER (it's that engaging and exciting)!

john collins

YES!! Finally here! I love all of the mcu movies but this is a top 5

Anonymous

My new favourite thing is basically any time Natalie starts getting scared that a character she likes is going to die. Like, five minutes into meeting them she instantly starts agonizing and it's very enjoyable.

RebRox65

And like you said if you’re going to include the TV series then you forgotten to include Agent Carter after the first avenger movie and at Agents of Shield which runs parallel to the whole Avengers storyline

Steve J

I think this is the first MCU movie where Marvel started to really think of this as a 'universe' and began mapping out the story 4,5,6+ years in the future. Was also surprised there were scenes in this that I had in my head canon that are actually from Civil War. Probably because for Steve in the Captain America movies it's just same shit, different day... :)

Curaitis

You can watch the chronological Order also in Disney+. Dont need a third party site to look up this list. fyi

It Hurt A Lot

If we have any Community fans here Danny Pudi (Abed) cameos as the SHIELD technician that throws up his arms toward the end of the movie

Erik Larson

As others have said, Agent Carter is a great series to watch if you want to see more of her story. Agents of SHIELD will help with some of the SHIELD is all bad storyline. If you want a TV series that has the computer tracking vibe, Person of Interest.

JediLounger

Another thing that I remembered is the credits sequence before the normal credits roll. I really love them for this movie and Civil War.

Anonymous

I think "Three Days of the Condor" should be on Natalie's short list of films to watch.

Anonymous

I have really been looking forward to this. Awesome how quickly you got this out. Love the new schedule!

Ian

Love the film loved the reaction 🙂 let's play a game is from WARGAMES but could also be from SAW although I think it's worded slightly differently, would love to know what the snack was Nat was eating for curiosity sake mainly

Anonymous

"Do you want to play a game?" A reference to War Games, with Matthew Broderick. A movie that definitely should be on your list.....

Calo Grsf

Great reaction! I can't wait to see you react to the next one, I can feel a lot of laughter coming 😆 Your dad must be a nice person then (I like groot too hahaha)

BHillzebub

Just curious but did anybodys "Oh my god" counter survive this reaction? Mine overloaded! :P

Kevin Mowery

As far as the story being a little too close to reality, Nat, back in 2014 after the movie came out, I started the Hail HYDRA meme with a couple of pictures of My Little Ponies and Bert & Ernie and other basically wholesome images of people or characters whispering something and captioning it "Hail HYDRA." My phone blew up as it went viral and then, over the next couple of years through the 2015 primaries and the 2016 election I got to see the drop off in notifications as suddenly the idea that a bunch of harmless children's characters or admired celebrities were secret fascists became a *lot* less funny.

Kevin Mowery

Oh, also, while glasses are not a good disguise for Cap, I'd recommend watching the original Superman: The Movie from 1978 for proof that they *can* be an excellent disguise.

Michael Barootian

Did you catch the bible verse on Fury's headstone? If you have seen Pulp Fiction ;D

crawlie

Loved the pep talk you kept giving Steve at the end haha! Worth pointing out - Steve didn't get too badly hurt from his fall out of the elevator mostly because his shield is vibranium, which absorbs vibration.

Alan Kobb

Natalie, Operation Paperclip was a real-world affair. They found a lot of German scientists and brought them over to the US. The program had several purposes. To get them working for us, and to keep countries like the USSR from getting their hands on them. As far a I know there were no Zolas among them, but one or two had been members of the NAZI party and were tried. Some of them helped immensely to get programs like NASA going, and helped us get into space. Wernher Von Braun was the leading architect of the rocket that took us to the moon.

Matthew Periolat

You are doing absolutely fine with the pace. The Marvel list is daunting at currently 23 movies and, touch wood, four more movies and at least four television series this year to come. They have plans out to 2025, so just enjoy the ride. Two movies a week is great, I just love the variety and I say that as hardcore a Marvel/Star Wars geek as you are likely to find. I love this movie so much. Yeah, it’s REALLY unnerving how the plot unwinds. I knew you were going to cry a few times during the movie, but worth it for the cheers of SAAAAAM!!! And so you like Bucky, huh? Poor Loki has competition in the wounded soul category I guess! Oh, you’re “Oh, my God... ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod” reaction to that first ending tag? Is completely justified. You’ll see. Keep being a light, I’ll stay Golden and see you next flick.

Erik Stevenson

Was excited for this one, definitely in my top 3 of the MCU. Great news about you being able to get an Editor and that means more reactions for us!

Jon Hoover

First time Patreon here. I couldn't wait for the Winter Soldier reaction, we've been keeping quit about Bucky for a LONG time, most of us at least. Yes, the Civil War reaction is now the next reaction I am super excited for. Please, keep staying in the dark, as much as possible, for all of the movies! I promise it's worth it! Thank you for such a fun reaction.

Anonymous

My favorite MCU movie, glad you enjoyed it and that the Bucky reveal wasn’t spoiled for you. I’ve been looking forward to this reaction since you did First Avenger, now I’m really looking forward to Civil War, can’t wait to see what your reaction will be to that.

Anonymous

Great reaction! So glad Bucky wasn't spoiled for you. Can't wait to see your reaction to what's ahead. This is where the consistent quality really started to ramp up and build imo.

Alan Kobb

Fun, fun! Great reaction, Nat! You were all over the place. Winter Soldier is one of the best because it's full of surprises and keeps you on the edge of your seat for the entire time. I really thought that Groot had texted you, but then I realized that Verizon doesn't have service in outer space. They also refuse to sell to trees. That's discrimination! Thanks to you and thanks to your editor. The Natalie Double-Feature (Double-Natalie) is a great part of my week, and makes these cold winter nights a ton of fun. Looking forward to more!

Baron

Fight in an elevator Break-in jaws while were going down Fight in an elevator Break-in limbs till Steve hits the ground. yah those were my thoughts while watching Nat's reaction to a certain scene, I would try and adapt more but I am assuming Aerosmith would not be happy.

Chris Gronau

Another great reaction. So glad that you made it through the movie without any spoilers. As has been pointed out previously, the line about "Shall we play a game?" is from the movie Wargames. A lot of computer nerds like that movie due to the way it accurately depicts computer hacking (at least as it existed in the 1980's....). Nat should do a reaction to that one.....

Chris Gronau

Oh, and the increased rate at which you're getting these out is great. Thank your editors for us.

Misty Crom

I kind of thought as I was getting a drink and grabbing a snack that you should've been warned that tissues might be needed, but seems you were prepared. When looking up names after a movie, use MDB instead of Wikipedia. IMDB only lists Emily Van Camp's character as Agent 13/Karen, so presumably any other character identities are similarly non-spoilery for anyone newly finding the films. (can't think of any specific examples in the future, but I'm sure there will be). Also, you'll have to wait until after Civil War for Spiderman, so maybe don't get singing that tune too soon, eh? Stay Golden Nat.

Garrick Smalley

1) yes that jump into the ocean would either break his legs or squish him flat. Then there is the added problem of how deep he would go. Oh well. 2) Cap's Vibranium shield would protect him from the jump out the elevator 3) As others have said Wargames is the movie You might want to give it a shot for some sort of retro Wednesday? 4) I kept shouting at Cap to take off his helmet when I saw this in the theater. Moving on.. When Peggy forgot Steve was alive I nearly died. As an old comic book fan it was hard at the time to not watch trailers but dam was I happy I had missed that The Falcon was part of this movie. When he introduced himself I was on the edge of my seat with hope. Hope fulfilled. I was so happy when the studio did not screw him up. The changes made were good and a lot less exploitive than the original character from the 70's. One of the problems of having a comic book around from 1941 is that people can get resurrected because "plot". I had a hard time with Bucky being the bad guy. I am glad you are enjoying the MCU. I am very curious about what you will think when... Be well my Friend. P.S. your editors are doing very well.

Anonymous

I imagine someone else has already pointed this out, but, "Shall we play a game" is a quote from "War Games" - if you haven't seen it, you need to put it on the list. Natasha uses a lot of little electrical taser type devices, she used one to interfere with Bucky's arm, the disc that locked up the arm and left a black burned patch after he pulled it off, then she used the same type of disc when she had the IED badge (improvised Explosive device) that Pierce said would burn a 2 inch hole through her chest... she figured it wouldn't work if she tazed herself, and the device...a risk obviously... Yes, Stan Lee was the guard at the Smithsonian. Cap's neighbor's last name is Carter, but you have to wait to see if she shows up again and is related to Peggy Carter...Regarding Cap jumping out of the elevator, remember that the Vibranium metal is supposed to 'absorb all vibration' - so the idea is that it soaks up an awful lot of the impact. Of course, they give it a while mix of properties, it absorbs for the fall, but then is a perfect reflector for the bridge fight so he can deflect bullets into bad guys, but it is a Comic Book movie... and its Captain America, so I give it a pass. Regarding the shield coming back to him... at this point in time, he has magnets in his uniform to help, but mostly he's really good at throwing it so it comes back... there is a comment in a future movie that discusses it, but I won't say more than that.

Yani Dodge

Yes!! I am so excited that you've watched this one, it is definitely one of my favorites. First time patron here, this may or may not have been the straw that broke my hesitation and got me on here :P I just finished watching, so fun, loved getting to watch it with you and can't wait to see the next ones! Thank you editors for helping Natalie out! I'm a just getting started editor, but if you guys ever need an extra set of hands, let me know! :) Stay golden!

Tranquil_Gnome

I love getting more movie reactions a week. Thank you and the editors for the extra work. This is one of my favorite MCU movies and it was very fun watching it again with you. My favorite part was that you had the same expression on your face as Chis Evans did at the big reveal time - the WTF is going on look. In future movies they will do call backs to the previous ones. It might be several movies before you see them again. Things to remember from this one . . . Steve telling Sam "On your left" every time he runs by. The fight in the elevator. The song that plays as Steve enters his apartment and finds the unexpected guest. (I did not even know this one until rewatching with you.) If there are more, please add in the comments. Extra facts . . . . The woman Shield director (I guess she represents the UK or Europe). That actress is from a classic SciFi movie Logan's Run. If you have not seen it, watch (and maybe do a reaction video. :) ) The doctor who takes care of Black Widow after she gets shot is one of the movie directors. They like putting themselves in their movies. You'll see them (him?) again in different roles in CA: Civil War and Avengers Endgame. Not sure if they did it in A: Infinity War.

Opti_Frog

This was so much fun. For me, the different franchises within the MCU follow a pattern: A really good first movie, a dip in the second one and then an awesome third part. Not so with Captain America. His is the only trilogy that gets better with each new instalment.

Eric Bogerd

Haven't read all the comments, but Nat's movie reference is from Wargames from the 80s. I'm glad you enjoyed the movie, and were as surprised as those of us saw it in the theater about Bucky. As for Sharon Carter, you're on the right track. And your dad isn't the only one, everybody loves Groot. Can't wait to see you rewatch GotG, one of my favorites.

Anakin Starkiller

This is my Favorite Captain America movie hands down.

Texas Anla'Shok

Yeah, Natasha is better at lying low, she's a spy. Steve's a soldier. Oh, and that aunt Sharon was talking about, that was Peggy.

My Toasty Toast

Unfortunately I can’t seem to watch it. Google keeps telling me “too many people have viewed or downloaded this file in the last 24 hours,” unsure how to get past that?

RebRox65

I know so many people on have references to Peggy Carter and for good reason the TV series AGENT CARTER in in my opinion one of the best Marvel TV shows to date, and it’s a series well derived your reaction. If you don’t watch any other then make it this one, you will love her characters and The Real Jarvis. Back me up guys

Bruce Bromley

You can watch the video on-line from that link. You are right though it it seems nearly impossible to download it because of the exceeded quota.

Anonymous

Maybe just always save the Marvel cast lists until after the movie so you don't spoil the other cameos and guest appearances.

Drew

Easily one of the best marvel films.

Anakin Starkiller

Yeah I got his Avengers Gamervese Funko Pop had to it's my favorite look of Captain America.

Anakin Starkiller

The Winter Soldier/ Bucky he's definitely my favorite enemy. Because I mean come on the genius of having Steve Rogers best friend as his enemy.

Anakin Starkiller

Well let's just say the next time you see Captain America again in a solo movie your still going to need your napkins more of them.

Anakin Starkiller

I think you will love Civil War to but you got a few movies. Up next you get Starlord and friends with Guardians 😀😀

Anonymous

Great reaction as always, Nat! Can't wait for you to meet the Guardians next.

Andrew Dickinson

Sharon's surname wasn't revealed to be Carter until Civil War, in a scene that you will cry over...mostly known as Agent 13, and will be part of Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Thomas Malley

you should put Wargames on your must-watch list if it's not on there already. Classic Matthew Broderick movie.

Ortizmo2000

Based on a few of your comments during viewing - you GOTTA watch "Agents of SHIELD". I'd highly recommend getting a couple of seasons in before the return of Mando.

Ben Wheeler

Your complete confusion at Bucky’s reveal was everything I hoped it would be lol. You’ll have to watch Captain Marvel to find out what happens to Nick Fury’s eye, and it’s no spoiler to say that Sam and Bucky get their own show (Falcon and the Winter Soldier) airing next month on Disney+.

Michael Cruse

I've seen Winter Soldier maybe a dozen times now, and the scene with Steve and Peggy still hits me in the feels every time. The movie Natasha referenced when they were in the computer bunker was Wargames (1982? 83?). It was the movie that made Matthew Broderick a star. A computer that liked to play games played a central role. Peggy and Sharon have the same last name? Really? Well isn't that interesting.

S

New to Patreon and this was my first time watching an uncut reaction. Really enjoyed seeing the uncut reaction. I’m dying to see the reactions to the rest of the MCU movies.

Andrew T

I just heard Natalie hum along to the tune playing in Rogers' apartment. Good pitch, nice vibrato. I can't be the only one wanting to hear Natalie sing.

Anonymous

Good stuff Nat

Anonymous

Your MCU reactions are my favorite!

Joe Blankenship

Such a great movie. I’ve seen it half a dozen times or so and it still makes me tear up when Cap goes “I’m with you til the end of the line”. And the Peggy scene is tough too. And yeah, gotta add WarGames to the list now. Classic 80s flick. Matthew Broderick and Ally Sheedy. My favorite Ally Sheedy role.

MotoDork

The thing in the vending machine was the USB device Fury gave Cap at his apartment. He hid it in the vending machine while he went to talk to the secretary at shield.

Nicholas Hentges

Might be a list including a couple movies that are coming out this year that were supposed to already be out (1 at least). Or she could have generalized, a leap from 23 to 25+ is only 2+ and she has seen less than half so a quick generalization wouldn't be out of bounds

Edward Olson

You didn't hear her correctly. Natalie said she knew Paperclip was real.

Edward Olson

Natalie isn't dumb. In case she hasn't read this yet, you should delete it. That she is in Falcon and the Winter Soldier is a double spoiler itself.

thescourge

Awesome reaction Nat, love how energetic you get! Also loving the double features per week, thanks to the editors!

Oouga

"Shall We Play A Game?" was a reference to the movie War Games (from the 1980's).

Cory Silver

Little details you realize on the 5th rewatch. The Music Fury plays in Cap's Apartment is the same song Steve dances too in a later movie. When Agent 13 says she was talking to her Aunt, who is up late. It just hit me who her aunt was When Fury is in the operating room, the focus in on Steve, Natasha, and Maria Hill, but into the scene, in the reflection, you can see two more people behind them. Those guys are watching. I never noticed who they were before. Steve takes off his helmet when he fights Batroc, simply because Batroc isn't wearing one either. "Shall we play a game?" Is from the 80's movie War Games, staring Mathew Broadrick. I'm sure at least 50 other people have said that. Tony Stark was one of the targets at the end, the President from Iron Man 3 was too. Somehow Hydra knew about Stephen Strange before he got any powers. He was just an asshole doctor at this time. I know it was just a cute writers thing they added in, but I wonder what other predictive powers hydra has.

Julia

I have watched this movie a million times and this is my second watch with Natalie and like you I am only noticing now that Sharon is talking to Peggy at night bc she has Alzheimers and is experiencing sundowning/insomnia... I'm CRYING. I love the small details you begin to notice after a few rewatches
