Wanna go mine some dopamine in Dopaminecraft? (Patreon)

We are proud to announce the opening of the official How to ADHD Minecraft server: Dopaminecraft! (Okokok it was actually opened a couple days ago but we want to make sure you all feel confident in knowing how to go about joining us if you're interested!) 

In order to play on our server you'll need to join our Discord server (Discord itself is a free application!). And don't worry you don't have to interact on our Discord if you don't want to, it's just how we have our system setup to enable you all the ability to play! 

Still on board? Awesome! 

After verifying yourself on our Discord, hop on over to roles, and in section 1. Chatroom Opt-In Roles, react with the ⛏ emoji to join/reveal the channels! Finally, you can find instructions to connect to the server in the Minecraft chat channels.  If you have any further questions, feel free to tag our server Admin, Gary,  @Gary The Minecrafting Czar in braindump-chat, and he will do my best to answer them all!  

Meanwhile if you have any questions about getting started on Discord you can DM us here on Patreon and we'll be happy to help you through the process!

Very cool! I have a question: What is the age range of people who would be joining? I think it could be cool for my 11 year old, but I don't necessarily want him in a server with people who aren't exactly kid-friendly. :-)

It's definitely more adult focused. Children can join but it does come with the risk of adult who may not always keep things rated G or PG. Additionally, it requires the Minecraft account to be attached to a Discord account (which is then connected to a Patreon account to confirm you are in fact Behind the Brains or higher)... due to this it is generally discouraged for children under 13 as Discord's Terms of Service require all users to be at least 13 years or older. Will definitely be joining this (albeit a bit late, but who isn’t at this point)! I haven’t been able to play online due to work and some friends not having servers anymore so yay!
