Our main goal may be to improve the lives of women by helping males accept Female Supremacy. But male self improvement is part of that.

The better the male, the more useful he is. So with that in mind, make a statement of commitment to your improvement over the next year.

Ideas.

- join female led organization
- volunteer for women's causes

Quality of Life

- education

In addition to this daily listening of the training files, I will work towards reducing the number of orgasms that I have. To store my sexual energy and to re-direct it in other ways of service, showing respect, kindness and courtesy to all Women. To be of service when and where it is possible. I will also look into female-led organisations and see where it is possible to donate to causes that will further benefit the Female gender.

For quality of life, I will work on bedtime, hygiene and exercise as much as possible. And I want to start writing female-led novels, in which if I succeed in selling copies of this work, I would donate some of the money to Female causes.
