hey lads! now we're gamin, more mechanics this time
- chloroform is completely disabled, it will be changed in the future development since it's game breaking now
- added 1 more dummy-chan for testing
- added Bob 2 hair (morelike re-implemented)
- fixed Ai behavior breaking bug where dummy-chan will still follow player even when knocked down
- dummy-chan now have tracking on kicks
- some HUD re-allocation
