Next update for the GrowthRPG should be live the 29th. I am not doing a poll this month, because I don't want to add any new systems right now because the game is still in rougher shape than I would like it, so I don't want to add any more new bugs on top of that.


What will be added this month

New character model

A controllable 3rd person camera

bit of a UI overhaul

and some added details to existing areas


again sorry no poll this month, but free cam was pretty popular so I hope you all are fine with that being added in. Also if you have any features you would like to see in the game either leave it as a comment below or send me a message

Gotta fix all the stuff! Just the new model alone is exciting hehe.

It's ok, we can wait. also an Idea for the armor. can we have mega armor? like he kind that you have to have a minimum amount in a stat or stats to have? they can have slightly better buffs or minor buffs (balance testing needed) because of the stat requirements. Also the armor can have upper limits too, you could tier the sets for different play stiles. For example a leg armor that needs minimum 200 legs to where but if you have over 100 fat it breaks or if you pass 400 legs it breaks off. I'm not sure about others but macro sized gear could add late game dynamics as well as something to help in big boss fights. plus if you shrink your stats with th challenge me too much nd go below the min stat of that armor you could see your character shink and the armor falls of you do to you being too small. Thiss is possibly a long term thing and might not be able to be implemented right away, but just something to add to the game.

its going to replace the old NPC model so hopefully there will be no more holes and every character wont end up with gigantic hips

sounds like something I could do. Maybe not the part where it falls off though, because it would probably get stuck on the player model. I do plan on expanding the armor system at some point

Wohoo! Looking forward to the new update and the free cam! As for new features, what about a way to grow specific parts on enemies? Maybe as items/consumables? (ie milk= +10breasts, cake= +10 fat, etc)

I was thinking about something like throwable cheeseburgers for fat. There does need to be a way to increase a consistent attribute because of the armor pop system however. I would rather have it be like one skill that can do all of them that you switch between instead of having 5 different skills that are basically the same

I found a bug where if you use something like a burger , fries or a potion. When you do an attack nothing happens. No hits or actions register for some reason. Another I think is that some pieces of armour don''t work or want to equip. (Unless I am doing something wrong). And after I equip the armour how can I unequip it?.

I don't know if you saw my suggestion on the hotfix post, but would there be a way to make it so multiple items can be consumed at one time? It's kind of a pain to use only one at a time, whether it be a burger for healing or any of the essences for growing.
