They bought an indiana jones costume and ended up sharing it with mac having the hat, charlie haviing the jacket, and frank having the whip. You can imagine how that conversation must have went lol

I've been waiting for this season finale since the start of this series! I can't wait!

It’s so funny how much angrier Mac got when he got fat

if you go and watch outtake compilations on youtube for this season, the mac and charlie in the van conversations about food are great, especially as mac gains mass behind the scenes and they can barely hold it together

Well said! In your post-thoughts. I agree 110%. This show I believe did ultimately decline from it's peak, so far, as of current. But since the peak is basically perfection, the whole show is damn good. And their character development is part of why there are exactly 0 episodes I dislike. I will re-watch, enjoyingly, every episode from the series. And where most shows have flanderism occur, it hasn't been as pronounced in Always Sunny as many series, despite it's length. And I feel I am not spoiling anything at this point for Brandon by saying it seems common belief by this stage of the show that Dennis is possibly a psychopath, or has serious narcissism and other personality disorders. The actor has stated that it was intended from the very start of the series, and if you re-watch the earliest seasons again and study Dennis, it's true. The trail of clues deliberately begins at day 1. They all evolve a bit for sure, but largely they retain their initial traits. Mac's insecurities and need for attention/daddy issues charlie's learning disabilities and ignorance of social norms, unique eccentricities, dee's deeply bottled up extreme pain, much of which inflicted by the gang's bullying of her; all while trying to delude herself into her dream opportunities haven't run their course yet, and using dreams she must know deep inside are hopeless to project a fake security to herself and the public, insecure and battered, but feeling she deserves no better and those 3 accept her, so she is tethered to them. I'll stop lol, I could talk for days, but a lot of character development has taken place to this point, and much of it was apparently deliberate from day 1.

I can’t wait for you to see the rest of the series- every episode is something I look forward to, but there are certain ones I can’t wait to hear your commentary!

This is definitely an episode to rewatch a couple times. Every line is so great and there is so much going on constantly.

I have to settle on season 5 I think as best season. But it's so difficult. I would say the prime ranges maybe from season 3 through season 8. Season 8 definitely has a few of the best episodes, too

I love the moments where Dennis and Dee’s minds sync up😂😂 I always forget they are supposed to be twins until moments like the leather shop in Arizona 😂😂😂

This is the first episode of Always Sunny I ever saw and I immediately binged the entire show. If this episode isn’t my favorite (it’s so hard to choose) it’s definitely top 3 and will always hold a very special place in my heart

It also has my favorite line from the entire series: “Dee you gangly, uncoordinated bitch. I will not be hogtied over your lack of grace.” Legitimately has me in tears every time 😂😭
